    It was comfortable for the first few days but has been a pain in the back and lower areas ever since. Glad for the comfort it provides to other people but it is not as comfortable as described for me. The seat area is harder than one would anticipate.

    First of all, the package was already opened when I picked it up from Best buy! Second, one of the screws for my left arm rest barely goes into one of the holes, so it's not locking into position! Terrible product! I should have just gone to staples so I could personally inspect a product before purchasing it! Oh well, I guess live and learn.

    Just received this chair in the mail, putting it together was fairly simple. It still has to be broken in but as of now the comfort left is awesome. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for these cheap accessories caps that cover the screws, they just weren't big enough to do their job. I know its a small feature but its the small things that count for me.

    I feel like I'm facing forward a bit. It's comfortable though. It was easy to put it together. All I did was say "Honey...put this together!" No, really though, only took about 15 minutes to assemble.
