Definitely a lot of great war action... for a foot soldier. Soldiers never lost hope, even against seemingly unsurmountable odds. This is what heroes do.... they just do it and don't think about it. Makes for a great movie.

Ok, I admit, I found this in the discount bin. I had never seen it before but it's a great movie and it is based on true facts. Since this is one of my favorite I inadvertently bought it twice types of movies. When I realized my mistake, I gave the second copy to my neighbor. If you like movies like "A bridge too far", "Guns of Navarrone" , "Fury", "Von Ryan's Express" etc., then this is a must see movie .

I read the other reviews about this movie before I took the plunge, and bought it at a good price from Best Buy. It's a Blu-Ray with Digital copy. I enjoyed the story, and the actors. What more can I say. Check it out if you like these kind of movies.

This is an underrated and for the most part probably never heard of war movie. Has a great story and characters with some terrific action. If you like WWII movies take a chance on this one!

I liked the plot, but was a bit taken aback when I found out it was based on a video game. Perhaps this is why I thought the dialogue was superficial. The acting was good...not great. If you like WWII combat action films, you'll like this one.

I watched so my great war movies. This is not on the top of my list but it is not a bad movie to own. Not my favorite but also not even close to my personal worse.
