This was NOT a range installation! It was simply removing a range that was sitting in my living room, waiting to be returned. I ordered a 36” range, BestBuy had delivered a 30” range. You can see the 6” gap in the photo from when they installed a “temporary” range. The guys who did it were fast, polite and efficient, but BestBuy can’t seem to understand the range was taken OUT of the house and returned to the warehouse two weeks ago. The Twins team did a great job unpacking and installing our 36” Thor Range they knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently and cleaned up when they finished

Anti-tip bracket installed incorrectly. Range not installed correctly - installers left the range blocking a cabinet from opening. Appliciance cord installed incorrectly in an unsafe manner - clamp not used correctly.

Installers left a small scratch on this very expensive range. Electric cord install wasn't done through the port, but instead wedged through the rear stainless panels. My contractor had to rewire it. Top griddle is missing but was not noted, now I'm on hold to get this rectified.

After our struggles in getting our new dual fuel LG range, I was initially disappointed that the installation was scheduled two weeks after the range was delivered. I called the support number, and was gratified when the representative was able to schedule a convenient time window on the following Monday. There was a glitch right off the bat. The gas pipe to the range is 3/4", and the hose connecting the range to the gas line was 5/8". I needed an adapter PRONTO. Kudos to the installation crew, they were nice enough to begin other work while I secured the necessary components to complete the installation. My only complaint is that the crew did not complete the job by leveling the appliance, so I am left to my own devices to get that portion finished. Other than that, a top notch job.

Hands down the worst experience for scheduling, install, everything. I own a construction company and brought in my own plumber. The worst part about this IS THE BEST BUY STORE KNOWS THIS IS AN ISSUE AND THERE ARE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS. THAT CORPORATE DOESNT CHANGE ANYTHING. What?! I spend about 60-70k a year on appliances for my customers and thought maybe it was time to do that with Best Buy. No thank you. They wanted to remove my range knowing that my range was back ordered without a date. You can’t make this stuff up.

Our new Viking range is beautiful. We enjoy using it. Everything works wonderfully. The one disappointment is that the oven temperature runs a bit low, so we have to adjust it according to the two temperature gauges we have in the oven to know exactly what temperature the oven is running at. (Our former 20 yr. old oven ran at 50 degrees hot until it didn't want to run anymore.) We so appreciate have a full-service stove, oven, broiler and cook top, thanks to you and your terrific service in store and installation site.

The two men who came to install the oven said almost nothing to me when they arrive. They did not tuck the gas line into the space so that the oven was flush to the wall, they forgot to install the anti tip bracket and forgot to leave it with me, they turned the oven on and forgot to remove plastic tie wraps from the racks inside the oven. They explained nothing about how to operate oven much less anything about how to use the wifi and SmartHQ app. They spent only 10 minutes moving the stove to the location making the gas connection, plugging in the power, quickly testing burners, turned the oven on and left before turning off. They also gave me incorrect information that the oven would shutoff automatically. When I tried to call to discuss the issues and text the issues to them they never replied or responded. These were supposed to be professional GE certified installers. No way was this worth the $300 installation charge and in fact could have been dangerous if I had not read the install manual immediately after they left. I’m still waiting to get the anti tip bracket replaced and install by an actual professional. I do not recommend paying bestbuy for appliance installation.

Our installers did an outstanding job of installing our new Thermador cooktop. They faced a real challenge because the depth of the unit was nearly the same dimensions as the depth of the cut-out in our granite countertop. The Thermador cooktop replaced a Kitchen Aid unit that the original homeowners' had installed. We were very pleased with the installers willingness and ability to proceed with the installation even though we knew the opening barely accommodated the replacement. They saved the cost and mess of having to enlarge the granite countertop opening.

The first installers did not know how to install the range. They did not know how to adjust the legs or make it fit against the wall. They left with me telling them I was not happy, just walked out and said" you have 48 hours".
When I called the customer service number, they were of no help.

After all the issues I had with delivery this one was fanatic. They did a great job of validating the issues I had with my previous deliveries. Knew exactly how to complete the range install and had every go smoothly.

DACOR Stove did not come with the correct gas size connector for the outside gas line. The technician apologized, and was professional and hauled off our old DACOR.
However, the Stove was 1/4 wider on both sides and back and we needed to get someone to saw these sides before we could slide it back in to use. Again, not the technicians fault.

from what I can use, range works better than expected. upon delivery, small oven door broken glass, side of range appears bent leaving sharp edge on top. Pacific Sales is aware of issues and is replacing range.
