Purchased in Oct. Took forever to get installed and still isn't operating correctly. Supposedly a part has to be obtained to correct the problem. Going on 3weeks for the part. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. This is a very expensive range and I would seem service will be a long term issue. Can not recommend a Thor product.

Delivered our range, proceed to break the the front door. Sat with the range in our living room waiting for them to replace the front door FOR THREE MONTHS. Finally had them collect and refund. BESTBUY is literally the worst. Short the stock.

The delivery team did not delivery parts, nor installed it and we were left with a large gas appliance with not knowing what to do. The web chat team can't seem to resolve, the customer care team on phone keeps passing the buck. Am sure the appliance is good but Best Buy service has been shocking!!

They couldn't even put one lock in line with Range button support. They install it such a way that range stays half foot outside.
They should atheist verify the work they do.

Range installation never took place because it was damaged. Going on TWO WEEKS with a damaged range with no pickup date and no exchange information yet.

2 techs came and nothing was done. They said its another department and they will call but no follow up.

Installation of new stove bought for my mom. The delivery person was very nice and friendly, however the gas line was not tightened correctly and there was a gas leak. As my sister walked in the house, she was able to smell the gas, luckily my brother was able to tighten the loose hose. My parents are in their 80’s and it would have been devastating if they had gone to sleep with the gas leak or if they had turned the stove on. I called the store manager in Pacific Sales Brea and told him, however nothing was done!
