Best gift ever. I love the remote start and the fact that it is two-way and lets me know when it has started. It starts from quite a distance away and is very user-friendly

This remote is a great addition to my 2011 Murano. The feedback feature lets me know more car actually started. Works every time.

I think it is ok I don't like that now my horn doesn't honk and my lights don't flash when the car is locked and unlocked. That is and of annoying so unless u are standing next to the car when you lock it you don't really know if it locked. :( Maybe this is all remote starts I never called and asked about it.

No false alarms. I am glad I went with this two-way alarm system instead of Viper.

This remote start works every time without fail. It just started getting cold and the remote start has quickly become the most valuable accessory I've purchased for my Ram.

The representative Jeff that I dealt with was extremely helpful in the eligible and went as far as matching some of the features of the other unit that I bought that was less compatible with my vehicle. he was able to upgrade my equipment and charge me about $60 more and I was happy to do it because of how well he explained everything and the differences to me and he even used examples so I'd understand a little better. He even told me about a gash in my tire which is not even his job and explained what could happen if I don't get it fixed somewhere. I'm very thankful for going to this location Jeff is amazing

The remote starter was a mother's day gift and it was very important to me for Best Buy to get this right. The installation and the product performance was flawless. The buying process, however, was not.. Since my mom lives 2 hours away, I scheduled the installation at her local best buy. The attempts to purchase the product did not go so well. The online process is confusing and cumbersome. I ended up having to go to my local best buy and complete my purchase there. After 2 trips and at least 10 phone calls, I was finally able to purchase the product for installation at my mom's local store.

Kris, at the Longmont, CO store spent the time to review various models with me. The simple, one button, 1-way Compustar remote is all that I need to start my vehicle remotely and then unlock it or lock it. I imagine the additional features (Bells & Whistles) on more expensive units might be used by some people, but i just want to be able to remote start my vehicle once in a while. Kris also did a very clean job with the installation.

This is a great remote start package. Has worked great and was completely installed in 2.5 hours. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This was a quick install for a Best Buy tech. Easy to use and everything was concealed under dash and hood.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and we both love it. Nothing better than to start your car remotely on a cold day. Also kills the engine if the break is applied and the key is not in the ignition. We were also able to program the manufacturer's FOB instead of needing 2 remotes

Great value for what I need. Main reason for wanting this is for after work to get into a warm car. I have used it when running errands but find it hard to know if my car starts. No way to know. I can always upgrade to get that feature but can see my car from my office window.
