I bought this on sale and had Best Buy install. It works great. Really like the two way remote so you know for sure that the car started.

Far range, 2 way communication I would definitely recommend this to a friend of mine. I am going to be using it for the winter.

This starter is awesome and I got it as a deal of the day. I was looking at the model below this one, but it was only a 1 way starter. The 2 way is great since it lets me know if the start or door lock unlock was successful. I just wish I bought 2 of these so I could have one for the other car.

This was a wishlist item for my wife and she has been very pleased with the starter to get the car warm.

I've gotten these installed on both of my vehicles. It's literally changed my life. Best Buy Geek Squad auto techs (shout-out to Ryan at the Champaign, IL store) set this up to where the "trunk" button actually turns on the rear defrost on my hatchback (no need for a trunk feature). I can auto start my car from pretty far away and have it warm up and defrost for me rather than having to get up early and/or go out and scrape off the snow and ice. Theoretically it would be useful in the summer too to let the ac run for a bit before getting in the car too, but I've never really used this. There's an 15mn timer that's nice because it'll turn the vehicle off after 15mn of the vehicle running after a remote start to ensure you're not just running it to be running it. There's also a feature that allows you to keep the vehicle running and take the keys out/lock the vehicle while it's still running. So many different circumstances this has come in handy for. The 2-way feature is a huge plus because you get visual and audible confirmation that the vehicle has indeed started, didn't start, locked, turned off, is preparing to turn off, etc. depending on what feature you selected. I purchased this product while it was on special as the deal of the day at my local Best Buy store. The deal offered was amazing. I ended up buying this product for 2 of my vehicles and they are working great. We had them installed at Best Buy as well and they completed the installation quickly. These are 2 way remotes so you receive a response signal from the remote when the vehicle starts which is a great feature. If you don’t get a response you know you were out of range or did not hold the button long enough. So far we are very happy with this product.
