Works as described...and bonus ... 2 new key fobs!!

my remote start had a "10 minute run" feature. It can be used pre entry or exiting vehicle, starting or keeping the vehicle running for 10 minutes, then auto off. The new system (used my existing remote) boosts the 10 minutes to an hour -- so useful! Best Buy installer Josh S listened to what I wanted, diagnosed and ordered the part, then installed. Great product, great service and installation

This unit had a built in "ignition override" built in so there was no need to purchase a separate module like you do with a Viper unit. This made the installed price cheaper than the Viper unit that was on sale. Also, the unit was designed for my vehicle and was a "plug and play" so there was no need to cut and splice wires. This should be better in the long run.

Let's be serious here. A one way 1000 foot car starter sounds good, but that's if it actually starts your car from that distance. And it DOES NOT!!!! 1000 feet is about THREE football fields in length and this starter can only reach about 200 feet on a CLEAR day. Also a one way remote doesn't tell you if your car started so if you can't see your car you realistically only have ONE CHANCE. WASTE OF MONEY

I purchased remote starter for my car and couldn't be happier with my purchase. It was about $70 cheaper to get it thru Best Buy than the local shop that installs them, having it installed at Best Buy was quick and easy. I love having my car defrosted when I get into it. Very happy with my purchase.

I've been using it for a couple of a months now and has not failed me. It's starting to get really cold here in Minnesota but I can rest knowing I can safely turn on my car without stepping out in the snow.

Getting this Remote starter was the best decision I made. It starts right up from my third floor room, I won't have to worry about going out in the snow to start up my vehicle...

I appreciate the quality and range of my starter. It makes cold mornings a little more tolerable. My only complaint is that I wish my rear defroster came on as the vehicle runs. Nice product!

Dropped vehicle off at Monroeville store. Got done that day. Currently using on a duramax 3500 diesel. Best option to get no cut remote start for a work truck.

So far works great with no problems and my car is cooled off before I get in can't wait to use it in the winter. Good range for remote also.

I got this in a package deal along with geek squad installation and T harness. So for the money it was a pretty good deal. It's basic which is nice but being basic its just a one way so it doesn't let you know when its started. Usually isnt a big deal. Having problems starting it from 400--500 feet even though it says it can be started as far away as 1500 ft. Over all it does what I wanted it to do ( warm up my car in the mornings without having to go outside.)
