Most time does not work there is mo communication between the starter and the remote. most time i will think that i did turn the car on when i get to it i find still off, not worth to buy it,

Just in time for the summer AND the winter. It's great to have the AC or Heater/defroster on before getting in the truck and to have the ability to finish that last sip of coffee before hitting the road.

Product works well and I am satisfied. The Customer Service Rep that sold it to us originally lied about the product and tried selling us a remote start that would only go 10 feet.

My car is a stick shift. So there is a sequence that must be followed. If you open any door and the car is off. Remote start won't work. A safety feature. Otherwise not a bad system. Fernando the installer is great!!!

Cranks up quickly. Only thing I hate is you have to pay an extra 30 bucks for them to add the trunk opening feature. I think for the price and not having my car all day, it should be included.

Had appointment with the Geek squad to install and everything went flawlessly. . Works like a champ and comes in really handy with the Texas cold weather...........

This is a great car starter. although it doesn't have alot of features that some do, it's all I wanted. I don't like the ones that connect to a smart phone. - too much to possibly go wrong.

Installing tech was great! Was very helpful and explained the use of the remote and the controls very well. Haven't had any problems so far so knock on wood.

This thing is great. Start up your AC in the summer before you get in or fire up the heater before you get in in the winter-Without leaving your home, office, restaurant, etc. I love it!

I asked a sales person to recomended a remote starter, he suggested this one, we've bought a lot of thing from best buy and we've been happy with everything.

Great product installed in my Chevy Tahoe and love it. Has lock and unlock features and includes everything needed to install. Defiantly recommend

I need to carry my Kia remote as well and use the key. Salesman told me I wouldn’t need to, butntech said yes. Ugh. Works fine. Notna product issue

Only issue with unit is when opening the doors. Sometimes it only opens the driver door. In order to open the passenger door you have to click it several times

After three attempts at installation it finally began working correctly. It took the geek squad three tries to get it installed correctly.

A lot of restrictions when trying to use in stores. However a great starter for an introductory price.

Nice remote start system works great for my 2011 Ram 1500 Big Horn, keeps doors locked while running for added security..

Starter was professionally installed and completed on time. The only problem is that the documentatin on using the remote is sparce!!

Now I can stay in a warm place while warming up my vehicle with the doors locked. Good range of distance that the remote works from.
