Doesn’t work in the morning.

It’s at different Best Buy right now, and they are telling me that they don’t know how to work on it. It will not communicate with the fob in the morning, but it seems to work most of the time throughout the day. I’ve wasted at least 30 hours of my life on this and I’m beyond frustrated. This is the second failed unit. I would like this resolved.
