The best birthday gift ever. Works great everytime. It is great that it has add-ons to it that they just have to plug in and program like a security alarm, upgrade remote for farther away starts and other things.

Now that the cold weather is upon us, I know my purchase was worth it. The install was well done by Best Buy and the unit works well. I appreciate getting into a warm car on these cold morning.

We liked this so much my wife had it installed in her vehicle as well. Two way remotes go additional distance as gives both visual and audible acknowledgement.

I love this product. I walked out of a stadium and started my car all the way to the parking lot. Several hundred feet away. The only thing odd is that I have to press unlock like three times to get the doors to unlock.

This is a nice car starter that gets the job done without all the bells and whistles. That's just what i was looking for in a starter for my 70 old Mother. The Best Buy installer was very helpful.

I purchased 2 of the remote start kits, one for my car which is an automatic and one for the wife who drives a standard transmition. The results are night and day. both were installed by geek squad. mine worked awesome, no issues at all since i drove it home... now the wifes..... Im just gonna say if you have a chevy cruise (2012) prepare to sacrifice a chicken while walking on the edge of a penny the second tuesday of thanksgiving to get the system to actually start anything.

A very affordable product for your vehicle the specs for it meet qualification of my vehicle and the technician was very informative on how to use it and things it can do

This was purchased and upon buying i asked a ton of questions. Including ones about install, uninstall, and reinstall - the sales rep was very informative but I was disappointed upon scheduling of the install because at that point, I was told completely different things. If best buy geek squad install is paid for and you are told that they do uninstall and reinstall in another vehicle while under warranty, it is ridiculous that this is taken back and no longer honored after purchase due to the type of product - it should be across the board with every product and because of this wrong information I have been waiting to use the product and have yet to use the over 100$ install i paid for.

I was referred to this product by personnel at Best buy when I was going to purchase another same type item. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good product.

I am very happy with this product. It came with 2 fobs and Bust Buy installed it with no problems. Now I can get into a warm car when it is freezing outside.

Love the remote key....starts and warms up my vehicle! I love it! I am a teacher and my vehicle sits all day in the cold, wind, and snow. Best gift ever!

Some say it’s hard to install on vw’s but they did a great job. So far so good. They need an extra key though. The valet key will work

This unit has excellent rage, I stay in motels often and never have a issue Starting my car even when my room is on the back side of the building

I purchased this unit over a factory starter or the viper brand due to the price. Well I got what I paid for. Sometimes the alarm goes off when I start the car sometimes it works perfect. Sometimes the alarm sounds when I open the door after I just unlocked the doors with the compustar remote sometimes it works perfect. Once the alarm does sound the only way to make it stop is to use the factory key fob so now I have to carry both key fobs. I hate that.. This starter was installed on a 2010 forester.

I am giving this remote start system a good rating because I think it performs well and you can add other functions to it.

So far the remote starter on my wife's vehicle has performed in an outstanding manner. She really likes the way it works and its benefits.

The best thing I have brought in awhile since I live on a hill and I am able start my car from the warmth of my home.
