We recently purchased a remote start for my van. It's taking some time to figure out how different buttons work but it is wonderful getting into a warm car during this cold weather

nice to have on a cold day to get my vehicle nice and toasty for the ride to school...work or wherever...what i don't like is the extra time it takes to unlock my doors with the new pad vs the stock one.

It works well and warms the car up. Am able to start it from second floor office window.

In store experience was great. Best Buy associate was helpful and knew what the products offered. Waiting on appointment to have it installed by geek squad.

I would recommend this to all. The starter has great range and works awesomely.

I was worried about security but the safety features ensure no one can take your car. It has been a joy this winter to get into a warm car.

Remote start system has worked great so far with only a couple of kinks. First a relay went out the very next day, called the installer and he had me in and out in less than 30 mins with a new one. Second, sometimes(very randomly) when you hit unlock the alarm goes off. Only happened 2 or 3 times so I'm not too worried about it. Third, the range is not great but works for me. Overall super happy with it, it was a great price.

Had never heard of this brand before so I was skeptical, but I have no regrets. Range is great, and combined with a Drone unit to make it better. Sometimes it takes a few tries to lock and unlock, and if the doors are locked before shutting all of them, the alarm goes off. Probably a glitch in the car, but I'm not worried about it. Heated seat activation would make it PERFECT!

CONS: 1. Unless there is nothing between the remote and the car, the system might start when trying to start from far away. 2. It wont open the truck when remotely started. So, don't try to do groceries and warm up the car because you will have to shut if off, open the trunk, and then restart the car. Very annoying 3. You original fob won't work once remote start is on. So, no panic button, no trunk or door open. Again, quite annoying. 4. Quite long delay to start (acceptable), and open trunk and door (not acceptable - and remember, that is if the car has not been started remotely) PRO: Decent price, bypass module included (not sure it it was a promotional item or if it usually comes with the system). Remote starts. If you are in a short budget or don't want to spend 400+ bucks for a nice system, and don't have an expensive car, I would recommend it despite the annoyances. Otherwise, put another 100 and purchase a better and 2 -way system.

Love the functionality and the fact that I only need one key fob to start and unlock the vehicle.

It does everything it said it supposed to. Wish it worked better through walls but it works. I would recommend upgrading to a 2-way remote.

The product is great, I like the 2000 feet range which allows me to remote start from far such as from inside the grocery store or work building. The only complain I have is the remote start controller is very light and made out of cheap material, hope I don't drop it - don't know how much it would cost to replace if it gets damaged by getting dropped.

Remote worked as advertised. Provides the remote start and all functions on fob work; start, lock and unlock, and even the remote hatchback opens using the fob that came with the kit. Best Buy tech was outstanding on installing (nice clean job), testing, and cleaning vehicle work area after complete.

Remote starter for my wife's car, does exactly what we wanted. Installation service was quick and professional. Good job.
