The remote entry for my truck only works if I have used the remote start. Otherwise I have to use the key for entry if the truck is locked which is rather annoying. I stopped at the store once and thought the problem was solved, but I still can not enter the truck with the remote unless the track has been started with the remote start

I've had this remote car starter for a few months. It worked great during the winter and now in the summer when I occasionally use it to cool off the car on really hot days by starting it a few minutes early to run the air conditioner. The Geek Squad folks in Manchester N.H. did a great job with the installation!

The technician that installed my remote start did a great job. He started on time, and ended early. Also I purchased the wrong remote start for my car, so he let me know, and exchanged it for the correct one. I am very happy with this product so far, as well as with the installation and service I received.

This is my second compustar car starter and I would buy another. My first one in my dodge ram truck was also bought at and installed by best buy and it's still working like new after 10 years. This one was installed in my Nissan altima in March and I have not had one single issue

The product with installation doesn't cost much more than replacing two factory remote door lock keys but in addition to remotely locking and unlocking the doors it will start the car from 1/4 mile away. I couldn't be happier with this product and the installation by the always amazing geek Squad !

so far so good, had a hiccup with installation. Personnel forgot to integrate it with the current locking system

I purchased this remote start at the recommendation of the service technician and I have not been disappointed, It does what it is supposed to do, but with minimum action on my part. The key fob is easy to understand and quick to respond. The cost of this unit is quite comparable to others

It's been a couple weeks and it works flawlessly. I was extremely happy with the installation service as well.

the product I bought was not the best one and it was corrected by the tech in greek squad installation.

My wife loves this. she has a huge aversion to the cold and is so happy to walk out to a warm car at the end of a long day north of Duluth. She cried when she opened it fro Christmas. The tech who installed couldn't have been nicer and fast!

Very happy with the remote start I purchased at the Southlands store. It is so nice to be able to hit that button and have my car started from a half mile away! The installer Dorian was great and very helpful; I have already highly recommended him to several of my friends. Thank you again Dorian!

With this unit I can defrost my windows and warm up my vehicle prior to me to heaven go out in the cold weather

We bought 2 car remote starters for NH winters and I found out that Best Buy really is the only one in town doing these. A mechanic at a popular car store told me they can't compete with the quality installation. Remotes work great and have a long range even from indoors.

Remote start is nice, but nothing like the manufacturer kind where it will automatically turn the heat or air on depending on the outside temp. You just have to leave the HVAC on when you leave your car so it will be the temp you want.
