This product was a great deal at $199 installed. The only problem is that the tech lacked experience with this model and the starter only works about 70% of the time.

This a great product and getting it on sale was great. Getting it installed was a breeze. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Love this! I'll learn the right place to turn the key to eventually. I got a great deal on the remote start kit.

The starter is ok nothing awesome. Initially the install schedule was 3weeks but after speaking to the manager it was moved to 4days.

I love it. It works just like advertised. The remote is small an does not feel bulky n ur pocket.

Bought as a deal for the day. Was easy from start to finish! Delivery fast, install and Geek Squad perfect 10.

I bought this on line. Supposedly it would be about a two hour installation at the Geek Squad but when we called the stores, one in Las Cruces and one in Albuquerque, they said it would take 5 to 7 hours. We live in Alamogordo, NM, 1 1/2 and 3 hours away, so we couldn't take a chance it wouldn't be finished. How would we get home? Okay, so we returned it. They only refunded half! After calling, we were told the rest had to be refunded IN THE STORE BY THE GEEK SQUAD. We drove to Las Cruces where the Geek Squad and the store manager told us it had to be refunded on line since that's where we bought it!! After about 45 minutes, they found someone who figured out how to get it done. Warning: Do not buy a Geek Squad installation on line if you don't live near a store.

Not a bad product, but my car alarm won't sound when I lock the door. Not sure if it is work.

Starter works as designed without fail so far. Geek squad install was quick and friendly.

I haven't had any problems with it, works fine! Didn't need any additional parts.

I was told that this starter would work with the Toyota tundra 2012, but it does not. The installers were very helpful, but due to the fact that they do not carry this unit in the stores, they were unable to swap it out to see if the unit I had was defective. I currently have a non-working remote starter installed on my vehicle.

6 phone calls made, with installer to call back and confirm install date quoted by best buy. Installer never returned call, and dates quoted were never recorded. Installer finally called after 7th call, and is booked until mid February. Need much better interface with geek squad installer schedule or more installers. Mid February is a rediculous time to wait for Christmas gift install.

Management didn't know how to handle this situation the technician worked his behind off and deserved a lot of credit being left out on a limb by his bosses

I bought a Compustar remote start system that include the remote start installation as a bundle. I thought I was getting a pretty good deal. I received the unit at a timely manner and received the Geek Squad installation redemption codes. All I thought was to set up an installation date and I was ready to go. WRONG! The Geek Squad told me that I had to purchase additional hardware for a remote start system. I didn't mind that...but the problem was they they couldn't see what device I bought even when the SKU was provided. I called a few other stores and they all told me the same thing. So, I called customer support and wanted them to send me a return label. I returned the item and received an email that my CC was refunded ONLY FOR THE UNIT. The UNUSED installation portion was never refunded. From here on, I spent 5-6 hours on the phone trying to get someone to process the refund. Some reps told me I had to go to the store directly...so I did. The Geek Squad told me to call customer support. It was a waste of time and gas. After a week of this...I finally called today to have a nice rep tell me that once the Geek Squad service is purchased...ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I looked at the fine print on the Geek Squad voucher...this is what it says verbatim. "Services cannot be refunded or returned AFTER THEY ARE COMPLETED. " I've never used the code or even opened the package that the unit came from. Buyers...Please be careful of these purchases. I usually don't write bad reviews, but I don't want you guys to go through the same hassle as I did. As a customer, I've never been felt like I just got robbed a $100. None of the reps offered to do anything about it...all they said was that they were sorry because it was company Policy.

Installation was great and it works perfectly...starts car better than the key LOL. Plus I got an additional keyless entry...that along would had cost a $100 from GMC.
