    I received a text the evening before acknowledging my scheduled in-home appointment, which I had prepaid for. No one showed up or called to communicate that they would be late. I can tolerate a technician's busy schedule and a late arrival. No one called, no one showed up. I canceled my order two hours after the latest expected arrival time. I enjoy shopping at Best Buy in Selma, Texas. If your Geek Squad at this location isn't going to communicate with customers who anxiously need their advertised service, then shut it down and replace the Geek Squad with a coffee bar.
