I purchased the mitts to help with the stiffness in my thumb from arthritis and what feels like a carpal tunnel issue in my hands. They have made my hands feel much better. Only one suggestion I would make the mitts a little larger as they just fit my hands or make the mitts in different sizes

Also it’s kind of hard to turn on the device after your hands are wrapped in plastic wrap. Tip: turn it on prior to creaming and wrapping your hands.
