    This iron is great. It gets up to 400 degrees. Perfect big curls. Excellent for thick hair. Easy to use. Temperature settings go low for thinner hair. I love it!!!

    This iron is fantastic. It heats up in seconds and gets hot. Temperature up to 400 degrees for long lasting curls!! The larger barrel gives you big loose beach waves.

    I found this curling iron to run at a much higher heat than I am comfortable with even on the lowest setting. Using the iron can be difficult as the heat extends too close to the area where you must handle it with your left hand. It does smooth your hair as described, but I found that feature made my hair seem thinner and limp. It would work better on someone with thick, coarse hair.
