Not worth it

Purchased and was so excited, my hair looked amazing after using the first time. Plugged in for the next time and was looking forward to beautiful hair, but it did not work. Has not worked since the first time.

I wanted to like it

I suppose if I ran this thing through large chunks of hair, that might work. There are some flat irons that have tight plates which make them more efficient. This isn't one of those.
