    I loved the way it worked but unfortunately, the rotation started to slow down and although it would still get warm it would not turn....maybe I got a lemon?

    Our biggest issue is with the supposed custom durable cover. Is nothing more than packaging material that is very cheaply made.

    This is not as strong as the other Conair brush but it does make pretty waving curls you just have to pre-dry your hair

    I am thrilled with this product. I used to go to the beauty salon at least once a week and now I only get my hair done when it is a time for a color or a cut. I wish they would make this item in a smaller version, especially when I need to bring it on my many travels.

    This is the 3rd one I have bought. First one I wore out from daily usage for 3 or more years. Second one, a gift for my elderly mother, Third one is again for myself, Can't go without it. So happy Best Buy still carries it.
