Ambitious, but...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ConairMAN is a new line of products aimed at those who trim, clip, and cut their own hair at home. Advertised as using higher-quality blades and craftsmanship than their everyday offerings, these new clippers and trimmers stand out with no-nonsense designs and hefty weighting to make them feel closer to premium, professional hair tools than your typical value-oriented ones. While their corded clipper and nose trimmer are both great products that get the job done rapidly and cleanly, the same can’t be said for this cordless clipper, as it struggles with basic needs and takes many more passes to do the same job that other cordless clippers have little trouble managing. With a narrower head than a corded clipper, I expected the same jobs to take longer, but even with the sharper blades afforded by the ConairMAN line this clipper simply doesn’t have the power to cut through hair all too well. It takes multiple passes to clip through to the right length, which wouldn’t be too much of a problem except that the blades clog very quickly and begin tugging, painfully, on hair. Compounding the issue is that the clogs don’t easily tap out, mandating a full stop to grab a brush and clean out the head. I had to do this five or six times when shaving my head from about 1/8th of an inch of hair growth, so I can only imagine how much worse it would get trying to get through anything thicker. It does cut pretty close at least - the finished length at its closest setting is on par with my professional clippers I use in lieu of shaving my head proper. I had less trouble when using the clipper comb attachments to trim my beard, but it still took a long time to cut to the results I wanted. The motor simply isn’t strong enough - bumping up the power another 30% would have done the trick even if it came at the expense of battery life (which is already pretty strong - an estimated 45 minutes of runtime between charges. Plenty for the average home user). At least the battery is lithium ion so it provides consistent voltage as it drains that keeps the motor from slowing down and exacerbating the performance and clogging issues. One upside is that this clipper charges using microUSB, which was a pleasant surprise. Although its performance as a primary clipper leaves much to be desired, I can see this working quite well as a travel companion for longer trips. It recharges in less than two hours from the included charger, which is a common 5-volt, 1-amp USB brick that can be swapped for basically any USB charger and still get full charging performance. I would have liked to see USB-C, but we’re still a little ways off from abandoning microUSB entirely and I do appreciate that this doesn’t use a barrel plug. Ultimately, the ConairMAN High Performance Rechargeable Hair Trimmer is difficult to recommend as your primary clipper when it struggles as much as it does. It makes for a decent traveling clipper, but I can’t help but think there are better options out there (albeit perhaps a little more expensive). I would suggest finding a compact, corded clipper for the same task if you’re traveling domestically, but the universality of how to recharge this clipper does make a good case for international travel. I would still recommend spending a little more for a higher performing travel clipper, but this will do the trick if your budget or your time are of the essence.

Decent Trimmer with Plenty of Accessories!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Conair’s All-in-one trimmer is a good buy if you are looking for versatility. This trimmer comes with plenty of accessories to meet all your grooming needs. The trimmer came with an ear/nose trimmer, 3 jawline combs, a shaving foil, stubble comb, and a 5-position adjustable comb. The trimmer also came with a USB-A to micro-USB cable, power brick, instruction booklet, and a carrying bag. Upon first holding this trimmer, I knew I had a high-quality trimmer in my hands. This trimmer is made with high-quality metals, feels sturdy, and is nice to hold. A ten on quality for sure. The accessories feel cheaper but are decently made as well. One of my favorite parts of this trimmer is that the accessories can easily be switched out quickly and effortlessly. I have an old trimmer that requires a myriad of steps to switch out the accessories. Conair’s trimmer is as easy as pushing up and off. Now for my experience using the trimmer. The trimmer is not as loud as some I have used in the past, and as someone who shaves early morning, this is great to avoid waking up others. My facial hair likes to get out of control when I grow it out. For the most part, I like to keep a clean-shaven face. I used the shaving foil for my face and was a bit disappointed. The foil shaver took a couple of passes for that “clean-shaven” look, but even then, it was not perfect. The nose/ear trimmer somewhat worked. This also took a couple of passes and there were times where it was snagging my nose hairs, not the best feeling. I felt like the motor needed more power and maybe then I would have had a better experience with these accessories. I then decided to line-up my hair with the 5-position comb. This surprisingly worked well, I was able to successfully line-up my hair without any problems. Also, some trimmers provide a cleaning brush. I wish Conair could’ve also provided a brush with this trimmer for cleaning. My old one is starting to look like an old broom. Overall, Conair did an adequate job with this trimmer. My favorite parts about this trimmer were the various accessories and the ability to quickly switch them out as well the overall build quality of the trimmer. I felt the one item lacking from this trimmer, was more motor power. Adding more motor power might’ve solved the foil shaver and nose/ear trimmer problem I had. I had a better experience using this trimmer with my hair compared with using it with my facial hair. This may be the experience for you. If you need a versatile trimmer and have plenty of patience, this may be the one for you.

Perfect tool for the beard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been running with the same beard trimmer for at least 6 years now. My face forest has really taken its toll on that trimmer and I've been longing for a refresh. This conair metal series really meets the bill, it features salon quality blades that are sharp and can trim closely and precisely. The weight of the trimmer is light, but not enough so that it feels flimsy or cheap. I was happy with the attachments as they have the right shape to provide consistent length to your beard as you trim over what can be very tough areas like the chin line. The battery has lots and lots of charge, more than enough to trim multiple times a week and just shoving it in a drawer in between instead of having to leave another thing out, plugged in. I also like that they use a micro-USB charger so that power can be ubiquitous and I don't need to drag along another charger when this goes in my travel bag (whenever we travel again, COVID). I did have one minor complaint, the kit does not have have a brush to clean up the trimmer after use. You can find a brush easily but it was none the less pretty annoying and what was otherwise a great trimmer.

Great wireless trimmer!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This trimmer is great! The build of the trimmer is high quality. They used metal and stainless steel to make it feel like a premium product. It has a nice weight to it. The attachments interchange seamlessly with the motor base. In all of my testing, the blades were sharp and created a very even cut. The self-sharpening blades is a nice feature. I used these trimmers to shave my head. The cut it produced was nice and even. My only complaint was that due to the size of the blades, it took a bit of time. I expected that based on the form factor. But most importantly, the results were consistent. The nose/ear trimmer worked as expected. The stubble shaver worked great. I really appreciated the 5’clock shadow the trimmer produced for me. The battery life on these trimmers was great. It easily lasted the length of my cut, stubble shave, and cleaning up the neckline with ease. Overall, this is a great option for those looking for an all in one solution to their grooming needs.

Excellent cordless hair trimmer, love attachments
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ConairMan MetalCraft series rechargeable hair trimmer is a handy cordless trimmer that’s excellent for daily use. It comes in a nicely weighted and compact body with a metal handle and plastic upper that hides a replaceable lithium ion battery that’s good for about 60 minutes on a full charge. Plenty of time for detailed facial hair trimming and touch ups! I think my favorite part about this trimmer are all the attachments that it comes with which simplifies some previously tedious things. For the razor head, it includes a stubble comb, 3 jawline combs, and an adjustable 5 position comb. I love the 5 position comb because it’s easy to clip on, adjust, and locks in place securely for even cuts. I don’t know if position 5 is the same length as the #5 comb on traditional clippers, but it worked great doing detail work and touch ups on the edges after using clippers. I could probably even do a whole haircut with this instead of my clippers if I had to. Aside from the razor head attachments, it also comes with a foil razor head and nose trimmer head that are easily swappable with just a thumb press. I honestly don’t know how well those work yet, because the 5 position comb does everything I need. The trimmer also comes with a handy little bag that easily stores the razor, charger, and all the accessories. It’s nothing fancy, in fact the bag is quite cheap, but it does what it needs to do. I really can’t find much to fault here, this trimmer truly makes touch ups a breeze. If you’re looking for an all-in-one cordless trimmer that’s versatile, compact, and ergonomic, I highly recommend this ConairMan MetalCraft trimmer.

Cuts hairs like a champ!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great trimmer overall. Blades are sharp and trim down to a very straight precise line. Most importantly, it doesn't snag any hairs as it works. I have a thick beard and my last couple trimmers had this issue and they hurt. I can't begin to say how happy I am that this trimmer doesn't do that. It cuts right through each hair effortlessly. It also makes shaping my beard much easier. And when you have that one pesky long hair sticking out, it takes care of that easily too with only the slightest touch. Battery wise it's actually holding a charge for a long time. After several days of use I have yet to fully run the battery down. That is after I did fully charge it as soon as I got it. It also uses a micro-usb charging port, which is really nice since most of us have other devices that use the same type, at least I do. The one negative I have with this trimmer is that when you have it plugged in to charge, it won't turn on. The battery holds a charge pretty good so this isn't normally an issue, but we all eventually let our devices run out of battery charge. If you let that happen and are mid-trim, you can't just plug it in and finish up, you'll have to wait for it to charge a bit first. Other than the one negative this is otherwise a great trimmer. It does exactly what you'd expect it to and does it well. If you're in need of a trimmer you can't really go wrong with this one.

Great Trimmer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the same trimmer for quite a number of years now and am happy to have a change. So far I am happy with this ConAir Trimmer. In the box comes the trimmer, a charger, different jawline guards, an adjustable length guard, a nose trimmer, and a foil shaver head. The build quality is excellent. It has a nearly all metal body that has a premium feel to it. Aside from that it is also a good looking trimmer. The blades are self sharpening stainless steel and cut effortlessly. This comes with several attachments that are sturdy and fit extremely well on the main unit. It is great how easily the attachments are changed. This makes for quick work when trimming up. This is a very quiet trimmer and I can use it whenever I need to without worrying it will be too loud. There is a bright LED light that flashes to let you know it is charging and turns solid when it's charged and or on. Overall, I think that ConAir did a great job with this trimmer. It's sturdy, cuts well and has nice attachment options to do most any jobs.

They Did Not Lie..For Home Use Only
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I also thoroughly reviewed the clippers, which are a part of this series, so if you would like to know more about those look for that review with the same title as above. Let's get into this review. All-in-one trimmer Same design as the clippers minus the design on the blade. This trimmer is definitely not for line-ups/shape-ups! Immediately will snag your hair and skin!!! I’m not heavy with my hand pressure at all, and with these being new I made sure to be extra light to the touch, but still they snagged. I couldn’t continue lining up my beard with this trimmer due to the constant snagging. I decided to switch over to the attachments to see if they were any better. First up, the nose/ear hair trimmer. It’s really easy and simple to switch between the attachments, all it takes is a simple push of your thumb against the front of the blade and off comes the attachment. So now the nose hair trimmer is on and immediately I can’t help the tickling sensation I feel. The very first thing I noticed is how quickly the tip of this attachment gets warm. Within 30 seconds I could immediately feel the warmth inside my nose, I mean there was no hiding it. Is this normal?? I’ve used nose hair trimmers in the past and never experienced this. It missed most of the hairs during usage, so I decided to hold it in place for a while, and slowly but surely it began to clip the hairs. Maybe I’m just used to faster results, but for me this takes entirely too long. So I switched to the shaving foil attachment to clean up some of the stubble around the outside of my beard (stupidly disregarding what I said to myself earlier about using it on my beard, but oh well). *sigh* Once again, the motor could be so much better and stronger. I had to make so many passes across the same area just to get the stubble knocked down to a smooth surface. This just shouldn’t be. I’ve used foil shavers in the past and with one or two passes, it’s as smooth as a fresh shave. Lastly, the comb attachments. Since I didn’t plan to fully cut my beard, I used the comb attachments to freshen up the tapered portion of my beard.....big mistake! Remember when I mentioned the snagging earlier? Well, it’s back and in full effect! Though it does do its job of actually trimming hairs, it still snags, and I mean really snags. On my first pass I pulled 4 hairs straight from the root. I tried another pass but way slower, still no change. I’m sorry but at this point I just have to give up with this, at least on my beard. Overall: The packaging and overall look and feel of this clippers/trimmer set is pretty nice. I especially love the design of the back blade on the clippers. The colors are subtle and not gaudy, and the overall feel of each unit is very comfortable in my hands. BUT.... if you are someone like me that cuts your own hair on a regular basis, this may not be the set for you. If you have the patience and hair type for these clippers to just glide through, then have at it. I personally find the best results with clippers/trimmers of a barber level. On these clippers it clearly states “for home use only”, and they are not lying. If I were a barber there’s no way I would ever try to service a client with these, we would be there all day and I’m sure the client would feel some discomfort. But, we are talking about personal use. I give this whole set a 2.5-3 out of 5.

Sturdy, Cool Looking, Solid Performance
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Conair(Man) MetalCraft series of men’s grooming products are stand-out products with their metal construction and silver/gold color schemes. Their dry cordless trimmer is one of the grooming tools in their line up and it doesn’t disappoint. First thing you’ll notice when you hold it in your hands is its metal construction. 75% of the body is all-metal construction, with the rest in the plastic gold trim. It feels very solid in your hands and there is a honeycomb texture for your thumb for precision control. The On/Off is a toggle button and there is a single light indicator for its lithium-ion battery life and charging status. Charging is done via micro USB and the trimmer will come with a 5V/1000mA power supply and micro USB cable. Its biggest strengths are its versatility and portability. It comes with five main attachments which also includes a shaving foil and nose trimmer attachment. The trimmer blades are designed so that they sharpen themselves during use, so that’s pretty cool. I’m guessing that not all of us will be using all the accessories it comes with, but it’s nice to know that there is an attachment for your specific needs. From a performance perspective, the trimmer had no problems cutting through hair and I felt no discomfort with each pass. Pretty nice! Maintenance includes brushing away any hair collected in the blades often as well as oiling the blades at least once a month. The manual states a two-year limited warranty in the case something goes wrong. Speaking of the manual, there is a section that guides you on how to do things like trim and outline your beard, how to achieve the stubble look as well as how to blend the jawline. It’s worth a read; maybe you’ll learn something new. You have many, many choices when it comes to buying a new trimmer. At its price point, I think the Conair MetalCraft Trimmer is worth giving a look.

Multipurpose!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First time owning a rechargeable all-in-one and am very pleased. I like the stylish design, feel, weight and overall performance. The impression that I get is "solid" for something of this type. This is not an item you will find in a salon or shop and it does not claim to be but what it does claim to be it absolutely is, for your home. The rechargeable battery is great and holds a charge for a long while. Included is just about any attachment that you should ever need and if not then you should likely be at a salon and not at home. Overall I am very happy & would recommend!

Ok for travel, maybe, but not ideal for home use.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a long time, I've been trimming and sculpting my own beard and the hair on my head with a old corded clippers. They do a fine job, but they're old and the cord gets annoying. In addition, I use an old (probably 15 year-old) rechargeable nose hair trimmer that came in one of those gift sets you get around the holidays every year. I thought I'd get this Conair trimmer to see whether I could replace the other trimmer and make some of the same jobs I use the clippers for a good deal easier. I had mixed results. The first thing I did out of the box was charge the device for 3 hours, as recommended by the instructions. I also looked at all the attachments, and decided the ones I was going to get the most use out of as a person with a full beard were the nose hair trimmer and the adjustable guard. I don't need the foil, and most of the other guards look too short because none of my facial hair goes to stubble length. The instructions are not very clear about how the attachments are supposed to work, so I unscrewed the blade of the trimmer attachment to see if that's how it works. It's not. DON'T DO THIS, because putting it back together again was a pain. There's a little spring inside that keeps the lower blade pushed up against the main blade, and it kept popping out when I tried to push the blades down to screw them back in. In case you are also confused as to how the attachments work, just use a thumb to push up under the blade on the trimmer attachment. The whole thing pops up and comes out pretty easy. It would have been nice if they'd put a diagram of the process in the instruction manual. Anyway, after a full charge, I got to work using the nose hair trimmer first. As other reviewers have mentioned, this attachment gets very warm as you begin to use it. It has a rounded metal tip with slots cut into the sides, and a piece inside the tip that turns with the motor and has two mini razor blades that spin and chop the hairs off. That causes some friction and friction means heat! I'm worried that if I left it on too long it'd get uncomfortably hot. The weird thing about the nose hair trimmer is it's hard to get your hairs into the attachment head. At first, I had very little success even getting this thing to cut hairs, but after a while and some careful use of a finger to push my nose into the right positions, I managed to get it to work okay. I also tried this attachment on ear hair, but it basically didn't work at all there. I ended up using the regular trimmer attachment on my ears. After that, I got to work on my moustache and sideburns. I have a very long beard, but I cannot stand unkempt sideburns. I use a technique to trim them first from just above my jawline up to above my ear using the longest guard, then using progressively shorter guards and starting progressively higher on my head so that the whole thing is blended evenly. The Conair trimmer did a pretty good job of this, and I'm sure with some practice, I could be pretty happy with the results. I do wish the blade surface was wider, as just one inch feels more like a travel tool than a serious home trimmer. This trimmer should be fine for my facial and nose hair needs going forward, and I'm looking forward to see how well it holds a charge. The booklet says it should last about 60 minutes, which would be about 3 trimming sessions for me. It charges by micro USB, which is kind of annoying considering nearly all Android phones have now switched to USB-C and even modern Apple chargers use USB-C-to-Lightning cables. It just means you have to have the charger in the little included cloth bag for taking this with you on trips. At least it isn't a proprietary connector! All-in-all, this will replace my older nose hair trimmer and will mean I pull the clippers out of the closet a little less often. Unfortunately, I'll still be using the unwieldy old clippers to cut my hair.

Good for light duty and travel
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In my opinion it’s a nice little cordless trimming kit for keeping a beard, sideburns, goatee and mustache trimmed up around the edges and a unibrow at bay. This trimmer is also perfect for keeping the back of my neck trimmed up in between haircuts. But not for cutting a full head of hair or an entire thick beard. Build quality feels pretty good overall. The comb-guard attachments are rounded and slide well on the skin but feel pretty flimsy because they are a soft flexible plastic. The guards are flexible and that will probably help keep them from breaking if dropped while on the trimmer. The only parts that are metal is half of the body, motor and other internals that need to be and the parts that cut. The rest is plastic. Overall the entire setup is smaller than what I am used to using which is a 25 year old set of corded Andis professional clippers. The Conair feels like a toy in comparison. However it’s not designed to compete with professional clippers. In the Box: You get the rechargeable motor unit with three power heads and five combs. A charger, USB cord and bag. The bag is really thin and you would be better off finding something better to put it in. Especially if you plan on using it when travelling. Power heads are: Clippers that you can use the combs with or alone, a shaving foil and ear-nose hair trimmer. There are three jawline combs, a studly stubble comb and a 5 position adjustable comb. Not in the box but listed is oil for the power heads. One reviewer said his kit was missing the bag. So do inventory your kit if you buy this. You can use light machine oil, like for a sewing machine, if your kit is missing oil. Heavier oil like 3 in 1 oil will get gummy over time. Using: It will cut hair and whiskers ok if you go slow. The thicker the slower you will need to go. Keep in mind this is a trimmer. ;-) Same for using its shaver attachment to use it as an electric razor. It will work but it will take you a long time to do your entire face. Especially if your whiskers are thick like mine. It did shave it pretty close but not as good as a wet razor. I think this kit might work well for trimming small children’s hair and even a full haircut. Ear and nose trimmer worked ok but would pull occasionally. Not fun when doing nose hair! See included instructions for use and maintenance. Especially charging the battery. See link below. https://files.bbystatic.com/3Sr9sNTperuMtR%2Bd56z0fw%3D%3D/GMTL30 I have included some photos to illustrate why the bigger clippers work better for bigger jobs and what comes in the kit. Conclusion: I think what you get for what you pay is good as long as you know its limitations. It’s not as mighty as the box and description would have you believe.

My favorite All-In-One Trimmer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The MetalCraft All-In-One Trimmer does it all with the included attachments. This is great for traveling because it has a lithium ion rechargeable battery. It is lightweight and has enough power to style you completely. Here are a few of my favorites about the All-In-One: -It has a conveniently located button to turn it on/off. -The size and weight is just right for traveling. -It’s cordless and have a rechargeable lithium ion battery. -Blades that sharpen itself while using the trimmer. -The shell of the Trimmer is metal and not plastic or aluminum. -It can stand upright with no holder to save counter space if you leave it out. -It cuts quietly and sharp enough for great haircuts. As of now I think this Trimmer is incredible. I’m reviewing this after a week of use so time will tell if the quality matches up. This is my favorite out of the collection. Conair please make something better to store the attachments. I think the MetalCraft Collection deserves something better than a sack.

Overall Poor Performance
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As an owner of the Conair Metal Series clippers, which I absolutely love, I highly suspected this trimmer would also be fantastic. Not so much. So to be fair, the actual trimmer itself is decent. It does a nice job of precision trimming. If you are considering purchasing this trimmer for its trimmer function alone, you’ll probably be happy. However, if you are purchasing this item for the accessory attachments, you may find yourself very disappointed. The foil shaver was horrendous and painful to use. It felt as though the hairs were being ripped from my face instead of cut with a blade. I could not complete my shave and ended up going back to my razor. The nose and ear hair trimmer attachment was not at all enjoyable to use. It seemed to catch the hair and pull before cutting. Let me tell you, that hurts! The beard trim guide attachments work fine. There isn’t much to be said about these. I do like that the trimmer is cordless, however I wish there were a charging stand or dock instead of the USB cable. Overall I’m just not impressed. As a trimmer it does fine, but using the accessories was terrible. Unfortunately I could not recommend this trimmer set in good conscience.

Nice trimmers
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used these to do the finishing touches on hair cuts I was doing on my family members. They did a nice job trimming around the ears and the neckline. It comes with handy beard trimmer attachments, a nose hair or ear hair trimmer attachment, and an electric shaver attachment. The shaver attachment does not seem to grab hairs too well. I wasn't too impressed with that one. The attachment that I need and utilize most is the hair trimmer, so the shaver piece not blowing me away wasn't a deal breaker. The nose/ear hair trimmer works. It makes a distinct sound when it engages the hairs it's trimming. I like that it charges fast and very simple to use. My one suggestion would be to include a small pouch or bag for holding all the attachments.

Great attachments
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a nice nooking trimmer. I like that it comes with a lot of great attachments. It gives you a lot of options for beard trimming from stubble length all the way to a pretty long length. It did pull a little but that may be something that can be overcome by learning how to hold it. It comes with a drawstring bag to hold the trimmer and attachments. I would prefer a case so that I could easily see and choose the attachment that I needed.

Perfect "All-in-One" Hair Trimmer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Conair – Metal Series High Performance Rechargeable Hair Trimmer Dry appears to be well made and solid. I saved up a hair cut and a shave just for testing the Conair Hair Trimmer and it was well worth the wait. Sounded too good to be true however it is true to the claims. This is one of the most versatile hair trimmers/shavers that I have ever used. The Multi-Use Trimmer comes with; 5-Position Comb, 3 Jawline Combs, Stubble Comb, Shaving Foil, Ear/Nose Hair Trimmer, USB Cable, USB Adapter, and a Storage Pouch. Received the Conair hair trimmer, charged it for 3 hours per the instructions, and put it to work. I do not have much hair on top of my head anymore but the hair on the sides and back still must be cut. I also have a large horseshoe mustache that requires grooming. Hate to say this but when we get a little older there are those hairs that start growing where you do not want them, like your ears or long eyebrow hairs. I have enough hair to make it a pain to get out the old heavy/bulky, plug-in, hair trimmers, the scissors, a razor, nose hair trimmer, etc. Having a hair trimming tool that will take care of all my hair trimming needs would be great. I cut my hair myself and have for the last 30+ years, so having a tool that alleges to do it all-in-one was intriguing. I used the 5-position comb on the multi-use trimmer first. The multi-use trimmer was easy to maneuver and did a great job of cutting my hair. I found the 5-position comb a little hard to adjust at first however I found if you rock it slightly, from side to side, while using a little pressure upward or downward, based on where you are trying to set the comb, it will move easy and stays in place during use. The multi-use trimmer, by itself, is a perfect size for trimming my sideburns, edges, and trimming my mustache, easy to handle. Changing the attachments is a snap. I put the shaving foil on the multi-use trimmer, not expecting much, and was surprised at the close shave I got and with no razor burn, the first time, second time, or the third time, very impressive. I used the shaving foil to shave the top of my bald head and it did a great job. I have two expensive shavers; one is a foil and the other is a rotary. Both shavers are bulky, and the rotary does create razor burn at times. The Ear/Nose Hair Trimmer work great, I am sure the other attachments will be handy also. I found the packaging compartment, that housed the attachments a great place to keep the individual tools. Once again, the Multi-Use Trimmer, one tool does it all, and attachments, make this hair tool one of the most versatile and easy pieces of hair equip I have owned. The Conair is small and has a big punch.

Great trimmer with plenty of attachments
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This trimmer is great! I was lucky enough to try one out as a product tested in the past and I loved it so much I bought one for our son. It cuts a nice, clean line every time he uses it to trim his beard. He has used it so many times in between charges, it’s amazing. It comes with a good selection of trimmer attachments making it easy to tame any length beard! I love that the housing is a nice, metal housing vs a cheap plastic. It’s a great trimmer for a great price.
