The WE Boost was very easy to install. The instructions were clear, concise and didn't take long to complete. The booster works as advertised. We had zero signal in our basement unless you were over by the window and then you would get one bar of coverage. Now we get full signal all over our basement. This works for Verizon and ATT devices in our basement. We haven't had any other carriers in our basement yet, but assume they will work as well.

Did not take very long to assemble. Improved single tremendously. Before fees for the signal was around -102db. After installation signal was -84db.

Installation was simple. aligning the antenna to the nearest cell tower was easy. the signal from the cell tower was actually too strong for the booster. the directional antenna had to be faced away from the cell tower to boost the signal indoors which was weird. The signal improved inside the building but was not as I expected being a 5k sq. ft coverage booster. I only have 2 bars instead of 3 bars on the 3G signal and gain is only 3 bars instead of 5 bars. The gain increases to 5 bars though if I am right next to the indoor antenna though but will drop if I go further away from the indoor antenna. Since it did improved the signal, I am satisfied enough but can't give a full 5 stars due to cost of the booster. I had a 2,500 sq. ft booster coverage that improved the signal the same way but was much cheaper and had an omni directional antenna. (this unit eventually stopped working after a couple years of service). Hopefully, this new booster will have longer life of service.

A little complicated but not hard at all. Put it on pole outside and signal went to three bars from none.

The weboost took me from unable to use my phone in the house at all to great service 3-4 bars all of the time. It was the answer for my METAL roof interference problem.

Moved to a new place and mobile service was almost nonexistent. After it was installed my cell service was great. It doesnt reach my whole house but put it in the living room for max usage. You do have an antenna that has to be installed on the roof.

We live in the Country and get a half bar outside in a clear area... I mounted the Antenna on a 8ft tripod on the top of the roof and put the indoor antenna in the main part of the house ceiling.... we now get 4G, 4 bars and can use our phones indoor without dropping calls, we can even send text / MMS.... this investment fixed our problems and was worth every penny

This booster has helped greatly with my cell phone. I live on a mountain and before I installed this booster coverage was spottie at best. It would work in one place but you move a foot and loose signal. This booster corrected this problem

We live in a barndominium (100% metal exterior). We had service outside but none in the house. We searched for weeks for the right booster - hearing many don’t work. I was nervous about spending over $500 but it was well worth it. We have full 4 bars inside the house now. And it was easy to install. Highly recommend.

Excellent product for improving cell signal. Easy to install.

I purchased this for my in-laws home. They have been having coverage issues for some time and needed to make a 4G (LTE) upgrade. They live in a "valley" of sorts with two cell sites equal distance from their home. The YouTube videos from Wilson Electronics (parent company) are very self explanatory. It connected very easily to the cell site. My in-laws are very happy with their newfound signal strength. It's not as far-reaching as I thought it would be, but covers the four most important rooms in their home with -90dB or better (about 3 bars).

After installing this WEBOOST there is great cell service in the house! It went from one bar to basically no service to 4G LTE bars. My daughter's family can now stream movies and most importantly to me, make and receive calls anywhere in their home. Expensive but well worth it for their safety and enjoyment.

This weBoost cellular signal booster increased my signal from one bar to four and works well throughout my 2200 square foot cabin. It was easy to install and is of high quality. I had a occasion to pose a question via their toll free number and their response was quick and informative. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

I live in very rural area with no cable, internet or digital phone service. Now can take calls without dropping, stream netflix and kids can online game via our hotspot (still lags on sometimes)

At the onset was really nervous about paying this much for something was not sure would work but after finding there was a full refund if didn't work out went ahead with purchase and super glad we did. We are senior citizens an really needed to trim cost on cell phones we only used on occasion so changed from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. The result being went from weak sometimes signal to no signal at all unless walked good bit down the road. After installing weboost we had steady three to four bars anywhere in the house at all times. The batteries on our phones last super long now that not always working to find a signal to update. I could go on but just so happy that now we can keep in better touch with kids, grandkids and great grandkids and not so isolated up here on the ranch when power is out and land line doesn't work plus will be saving money in the long run even with the cost of the booster.

Our talk and data was improved. Before I couldn't get Netflix to start up on my phone, text messages would not go through (constantly resending), couldn't walk through my house without sounding like a robot to others. My phone kept switching from 4g to 3g. Everything improved within seconds after install! I have a constant 4g lte signal now (even if it's from 1-3 bars at times). Netflix movies start up within seconds, clarity isn't always the best but definitely better than before. No more dropped calls while inside my home (most importantly). It may not show up on the bars but it shows where it counts. While using the phone for talk, text, and data!
