This is a favorite movie, and I already had it in my DVD Collection. I bought the Blu-Ray version on a whim, and it was an excellent whim. Great definition, and a pleasure to watch.

This is hands down one of my favorite all time movies. It was such a pleasure to be able to get it on BluRay. The re-mastering is absolutely perfect. The price - only $5 - was perfect too!

Excellent acting by entire cast and a terrific and engaging screenplay. Kept my attention from start to finish.

Based on Carl Sagan's "Contact", this movie was closer to the source material that I'd expected it to be. Good story about a maybe-first-contact with a maybe-alien-race.

This movie really got me thinking . . . Think about it spiritually. Could this be what it would be like if we were asked to explain the Holy Spirit and God? Hummmmmmm

I'm a huge astronomy and sci-fi person so when Carl Sagan's book Contact was turned into a movie I had to see it. It is a great movie and I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed viewing this movie once again but this time on a Blu-Ray Disc. Wow. If you haven't seen then its a must see great Sci -Fi movie. Chills will run up your spine.

I originally owned the DVD version and wanted to upgrade to Blu-ray. Disc has director and actor commentary.
