This drone didn't have problems as quickly as the last drone. This drone clicks buttons and just takes off. I like the headless mode option when controlling the drone. I feel like the drone is easier to control with headless mode on because I no longer need to have to tell which way the drone is going while it's flying in the air. I like the fact that it has a color setting and the light when headless mode is on lets you know which side is the front. This makes it much more convenient. There are a variety of nice lights to choose from when headless mode is not turned on, and the lighting is spectacular. The size is good too. I think this drone is safer than other kids drones. My 8 year old controls it well and all the kids love it. Even our 1 year old and our family pets are intrigued by it. It doesn't get much better than this. Charging is good too, much better than the old one. Plus, you get two batteries to extend the flight time by using one to charge while using the other. I can't wait to take it out on my next trip to the park, the kids are going to have so much fun with it, and giving them the freedom to fly through the air and learn how to control the craft without something getting in the way might be a good place to start. Maybe we can even get the 4 year old to try it outside, we'll see then. All in all I love it. Buy this.

My son and our puppy love it. My son chased the puppy with this drone for a good 15 minutes as our puppy running ahead! Because the drone has 2 batteries, each battery can fly for almost 8 minutes! My son loved playing with RC helicopters around the house since he was younger, and this drone has upgraded his fun. This drone can fly back and forth across the yard quickly, and it moves more quickly and is more responsive than the clunky RC helicopters. The controls are also much more intuitive, and my kids got the hang of it pretty quickly. The speed is switchable via the remote control, one-touch up and down, and the paddle protectors make this drone a super safe toy for kids to play with, and even if it crashes it doesn't matter, it's completely harmless.The great design of the LED lights makes it even more attractive, and I even think it's LEDs are brighter than the light strips in my yard.

This drone is awesome for kids learning to fly a drone for the first time. It's got obstacle avoidance on by default, so it'll back away when it gets too close to something. And if it does hit something by chance, it's protected by sturdy guards on all four sides, so it's basically crash proof. It's perfect for indoor flying. If you take it outside, just keep it low to avoid any wind carrying it away. The cool lights on it are a huge hit, my kids love flying it in the dark, with the lights flashing like little stars! Plus, it can do flips in the air, which makes it feel like a little fairy dancing around. I should've bought two from the start because my kids fight over it every time! Just ordered another one so they each have their own.

At first, I didn't think this was something to look forward to (I thought it was cheap) ...... Not at all! It came with 2 batteries, remote control, charging cable and some accessories. I was scared when I saw that there were accessories (I'm not very good at assembling things), but in the end, I realized that they were given as extras and that the product doesn't need to be assembled, it's just something that you can replace and use by yourself after a possible damage. The instructions are very detailed, with written descriptions and illustrations, which made learning very easy. Once the batteries are installed, follow the instructions and you're ready to fly! It's fast, not the slow toy you might expect, and the remote control is super easy to use and operate. The lights are bright and colorful. There is an amazing tumble feature and obstacle avoidance. I know my nephew will love it and have a great time playing with it. I also feel comfortable letting him play with it because of the protective cover. The battery on the flyer ran out quickly, but that may have been because I didn't charge it before the flight. The flight lasted 10 minutes on a full charge and it has two batteries! I hope it works for you!

My kids love this drone! I call it an entry level drone because it's so easy to use, it doesn't require the prep maneuvers that more advanced drones do before taking off, and there aren't all sorts of data to pay attention to, just turn on the power - hit the one button to take off - and push the joystick. Of course I would recommend doing a calibration before takeoff, which goes a long way towards a smooth flight. It's perfect for my six year old to handle, and although this company says this product is suitable for ages eight and up, I think it's something that younger children could learn to do as well, and the paddles are protected by a ring of sturdy plastic, so I'm not worried about it hurting the kids. Both of my kids love the lights on it, their favorite part was going out on the rooftop at night and having the drone turn on the spinning feature and then letting it dance, the lighting effects at night are really great. My favorite thing about the drone itself is that it comes with two rechargeable batteries, enough for a 15+ minute flight, and it charges very quickly. I would definitely recommend this product for kids who want to get into drones but don't want to spend too much.

Took about an hour to fully charge the battery and it does come with an extra battery plus 2 extra propellers. My 10 yr old grandson easily figured out the remote controller and flew it inside the house. Multiple colored lights makes it fun to fly in the dark. Lots of fun and educatonal......enhances eye/hand coordination. Air time was about 10m. Good value for the money and very pleased with this purchase. Recommend this drone.

We recently purchased this drone with LED lights and it's definitely a hit in our household! For my kid, this product was a great choice.
