The problem came in when we needed to charge the battery. Please see attached picture. It got so hot a hole melted through the usb port housing. We thought maybe this was a fluke. My son was gifted a second of these drones and it happened again. This is sadly a fire hazard.

It was consistently hard to connect the remote to the drone and the drone was hard to control because it drifted to the side without any wind and me moving it. I would not recommend this drone; I would recommend spending more money.

The battery life time is horrible and it's not even worth my time unboxing this. Besides the battery lifetime, setting up the calibration is easy but the drone still doesn't fly straight.

Went home sure enough the drone was broken had to make another trip to Best Buy. Terrible customer service when I wanted my money back the cashier asked if I wanted another one which they had to order I said no thank you I will buy it from Amazon and she replied Amazon is bad to which I said and my Best Buy experience was better? Never shopping here again.
