Deluxe edition steelbook is awesome. I wanted to love this game, but I just couldn’t get into it. I can usually look past gameplay hitches, but the story did not make up for it. Still glad I played it, but wish I would have waited it to be discounted.

This is easily one of the best games released this year. This is the third platform I bought this game on and I still love it. Psychic powers in a bizarre secret government building is an amazing premise. X-Files meets Twin Peaks comes to mind.

I saw this game and was not prepared for what it was! There are so many things happening in this game. The story line is also really good. When you start the game it starts to lead you down a bunny trail!

It's been a while since I bought a physical game but I thought it came with the season pass like the digital version. But it's fine,the game itself is fire so I'll just buy the season pass when I get a chance.

This is one of my favorite games of this year it combines a fun action system with a metroidvania world design. With enough content to keep you busy for quite a while with many optional quests to explore.

Game is crazy good. I only got this because it was on sale but after playing it boy am I glad I did. Its crazy, creepy, and masterful at the same time. So good definitely recommend

So far the story of Control is pretty amazing...graphics are wonderful and the cool little additions in this steelbook deluxe edition makes it really worth it. Recommend it to everyone

Its a pretty fun game, the graphics are a little dark so certain stages can be headache inducing or hard to tell what is happening, but the shooting with telekinetic powers makes for an short enjoyable experience.

The buying experience at Best Buy was excellent, I want to get that out of the way right at the start. The girl that helped me was fantastic and super knowledgeable. Plus I got a great deal on the Deluxe Edition as well, with a nice Steelbook. No, this one star review is only for the game itself. Firstly, the game is literally unplayable and just gets worse as you go on. The frame drops on the PS4 are just insane. It makes the game a nightmare to play since the game drops down to under 10 frames during combat. This is especially frustrating because clearing enemies doesn’t actually seem to help much, so it’s not the number of things on screen, it’s something about the AREAS that you’re fighting in that is causing the crazy frame drops. I can’t stress enough how unplayable this makes the game. It’s NOT WORTH BUYING until the issues are fixed, but even the recent patch for the game didn’t help much in the later areas of the game. Also on the PS4, it seems like 505 Games dropped the ball yet again. Textures take forever to load, menus take forever to load, player mods take forever to load, it takes forever to load after a death, fast travel takes forever to load...you get the point. On PS4, this game is a mess and not worth buying at any price. I actually went ahead and paid for the PC version since I wanted to continue the story and that version runs like a dream even on old hardware, so it looks like 505 is the culprit here. Learn from my mistake and avoid this version completely.

Instantly drawn in by the fact that it was made by the people who made ALAN WAKE. Completely blew me away, such a great experience.

I got this game to pass time between some upcoming games that I was looking forward to play. This game doesn't disappoint. Worth giving a try.

A visceral experience of power wielding that I haven’t seen in video games in a long time. Worth a look at if you’re looking for a mostly original adventure for single player games.

Control is such a great mix of the matrix and max Payne. If you love fast paced shooting and supernatural powers this is the game for you.

Remedy has a history of though provoking games, this is no different. The characters and setting are interesting.
