We really like our new JennAir Built-in Gas Cooktop, and the installers were very professional.

The installers were on time. Very polite. Popped in the cooktop and were finished in 20 minutes. No muss no fuss, hauled away the old monstrosity and voila! New cooktop. Good experience.

The installation team did a great job. Start to finish in about an hour (removing old top and installing new one).

Our new cooktop is absolutely a wonderful upgrade from our previous one! We are using t everyday!

On my THIRD appointment to resolve a gas leak on a newly Geek Squad gas cooktop. Original install on 6/10, next appt is 7/6. Despite numerous promises for call backs and escalation of issue, nothing! No one has ever called us back even though supervisors repeatedly say they will. Have yet to use our cooktop once due to the shoddy and incompetent workmanship. Wish us luck!

No one was equipped to modify a simply fix nor did they send someone out to ensure I would have issues. I purchased a kitchen aid 30 stove top with down draft. No one who yall contract or in your company knew or where equipped to help us. We went 3 month without a stove because you hauled the old one away and never hooked up the new one due to lack of experience

I'm in love with my Jennaire downdraft cook top. It's the right size and combination of sizes to use with different pots. I love how easy it is to use and cleaning is a snap.

The appliance technician was courteous and knows what he is doing.

These washer and dryer are huge! They seems to have everything that we need. It should be nice if they can have the integration with iPhone like others models from LG

Poor scheduling, haul away scheduled before the uninstall not after. Constant changes to delivery dates at the last minute caused me to lose a week of time and the product that was finally delivered was not the product ordered. Now I’m waiting on and exchange and delivery and install of the correct product and experiencing same issues.
