No stars are due. I am adding a star so you will take this. I ordered this item in February. To date I haver received two stove tops that don't work, and the third one, which was supposed to be delivered and installed today, was not. Ridiculous.

lead tech was professional and made sure i was informed of any possible additional charges.

Can't say enough about the cooktop -- powerful burners and elegance in form and simplicity

I would have given them a five star but he did not have any "parts" and since this was a replacement cooktop it needed brackets that it didn't come with. The installer did not have any such tool box of parts that someone who installs all day long should. This left me with a job to do after a nearly 4200 install.

REmoved my operating cooktop and then realized they had a replacement cooktop that did not fit. This left us with no cooktop throught the holidays.

I cannot use my cooktop because the flames are set way to high even on low. I have a service call in and have to wait 6 weeks. Very bad service

The kitchen is not designed well, but this cook top fits perfectly and has a classy look. I am very happy with my purchase and the help we received from Best Buy to make our choice.

The installer left the job unfinished and was not responding to any of my messages. I had to spend weeks to sort out the mess.

Didn't come on scheduled day and no one called to say it wasn't here yet. Stayed home all day waiting. Poor communication

Installation folks did not communicate the missing parts to higher ups and the cook top is yet to be replaced and installed

Installers could not hook up the downdraft. They had no idea how and just left.

Ordered a product and they never showed up to install. Rescheduled 3 times and never called me to explain.

Cooktop delivered. Blower doesn't work. Installers left. What now? Best Buy has no phone numbers for defective product.

Inexperienced and waste of time service. I will never do any business with BestBuy again...!
