Very good first CPU upgrade

A bit better than Intel's stock cooler

It comes with an LGA 1700 bracket, the directions are easy to follow, and the copper base has plenty of surface area. That's about it. The negatives: The fan clips are atrocious. Seriously, be ready to dig them out from your motherboard when they fall off - the only thing keeping them in place is mounting pressure, so you may need to clear out some components before install.
