I recently purchased the Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition 120mm CPU Cooling Fan, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This cooler not only looks fantastic with its sleek jet black design and RGB lighting, but it also performs exceptionally well.
Installation was a breeze, thanks to the clear and concise instructions provided. The included thermal paste made the process even smoother. Once installed, this cooler kept my CPU running at optimal temperatures, even under heavy loads. It significantly improved the overall performance and stability of my system.
The RGB lighting is a fantastic bonus, allowing me to customize the look of my PC to match my preferences or mood. It adds a vibrant and visually appealing element to my setup, making it stand out.
What truly impressed me, though, was how quiet this cooler is. Even under load, it operates almost silently, ensuring a peaceful computing experience. No more annoying fan noise during intense gaming sessions or content creation tasks.
Overall, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition is an outstanding CPU cooler that not only enhances the aesthetics of your PC but also delivers exceptional cooling performance. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their CPU cooling solution while adding some style to their rig.

My fancy water cooler simply stopped working after a few years of moderatw use...in comes the OG fan setup for basic cpu cooling! I may still be running an older gen 6700 Skylake, but tgis fan keeos it as cool as Chester Cheeto himself! Love it! Solid price point and super easy to install! DONT FORGET YOUR THERMAL PASTE!

Zero Problems After 2 Years

When I was building my rig last December, I decided to get a better cooling system for the 11th Gen i5 I recently purchased. I didn't have enough to go all out with a liquid cooled system and decided to go with the Cooler Master cooling fan. I will say after nearly two years of having this cooling fan in my rig, I have had zero problems with CPU temperature. One feature I like about this model is the ability to disassemble it without taking it completely off the motherboard. I did this last week when I was cleaning all of the fans and heat sinks in the rig. For the price of the cooling fan and how well it has performed for me, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a slight upgrade in their CPU cooling system.

First off let me say i was surprised at how fast BestBuy got my product to me. Within a 20 hour span i was installing. As for the cooler itself i would highly recommend it. The documentation is thorough, all the parts necessary for install are laid out neatly and organized. The temps ive monitored on my 2 cpus(7600x and 9500 x3d that i have used this cooler on have been amazing

I bought a new PC and heat is your enemy, this CPU cooler is a major upgrade from the OEM setup.
Cooler Master make great radiator coolers and they are relatively easy to install. all the required hardware is in the box and thermal paste. On a new PC the CPU has thermal paste on it when you pull the OEM cooler. As long as you have coverage you don't need the paste in the kit. I just added a small drop to what was there so there wouldn't be a problem.
Even if you are new to computers, this is an easy upgrade. you are really going to screw in 4 screws and clip on the fan with the spring clamps provided. Bing Bang Boop... you're done.
I added memory and this cooler to the system I bought before I even used the PC because those are the two most affordable and easiest upgrades you can do. The enemy is system heat and memory capacity on any system. If you never run hot, you will have a long and happy relationship with your computer.
Cool Master is a reliable brand that has been around forever. You can't go wrong using this cooler.

Runs quiet but is a bit of a pain getting clips to lock in on both sides if you remove the fan or it falls off the heatsink. Works with AM5 socket but is not RGB fan so not sure why it was being sold as such. i can still freely move the ram from all slots on mobo(MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk) if choose to add more later.
Never had liquid cooler so cannot compare how temps are kept in control. Idle temp is around 35c and with playing starfield on mid-setting runs about 50c. I only have two stock fans in system from when bought tower a few years back so do not know size but think they're 120mm.

I have this for older 4th gen intel board, a modern 11th gen intel board, its fits my AMD AM4 Board, The fan has a good profile for cooling for almost any situation other than extreme stress testing, and is my go to Recommendation for a Box style Fan due to value, flexibility across platforms and overall cooling profile.

Bought this to use in a build I made for my friend. This thing things quieter than my liquid AIO (to be fair it does have a fan mounted too it that kinda sucks). Anyways, this this is great at cooling most low-mid range CPUs. In my friends case, it was the 5600X, and it hovers right around 60-65c under heavy gaming loads… which is fantastic.

its easy to install and i have had no heating issues with this cons is that its a bit bulky and idk if i installed it the wrong way around but it blocks the first ram slot on my motherboard and almost blocks the one next to it so make sure that you are careful buying this if you have more than 2 sticks of ram

Quiet and cools my CPU well without being overly flashy for no reason. Amazing value for the price, don't fall for marketing unless you're running top of the line hardware you don't need a water cooler, something like this would be perfect. The only problem I could find was the wires to mount the fan are a little finnicky at first.

This is my favorite air cooler. It works well, it's not expensive, and it doesn't have RGB. I'm not a fan. If you are, they have a version that has that as well. I just prefer to have no extra lights. Works well, cools well. Always purchase a Hyper 212 for my builds.
