Easy set up so dont be afraid to do it yourself. Love the fact u can control and receive alerts on phone. Display is clear and easy to read. Customer service is awesome if needed.

This is a great thermostat. It is straightforward to control from any place. We have them in two homes and love them.

So far I’m very happy with the new thermostat purchased to go with our new Carrier ac and furnace. I don’t use the backlight because I think it’s sort of pointless. The thermostat itself is incredibly easy to use and the app is great as well! Highly recommend!

The product was very easy to install. Just make sure it is compatible with your AC unit I had to get a C wire installed on mine.

Easy to install, even when I had to move a wire inside the furnace, the instructions within the app explained it perfectly. Thermostat looks good, and works perfectly, also very versatile, even if you want to program a very complicated schedule, it’s easy to do. I would like to be able to program a low temperature set point . The thermostat will send me an email telling me the furnace has broken down, and my house is getting cold, but I don’t know how cold it has to get before it sends me an email. A change the filter reminder would be nice too. Great thermostat, highly recommended.

It does everything I wanted it to do. Nice to be able to control the temperature in my home without being there.

Fantastic Thermostat! I use Apple and Amazon Alexa, and am always looking for smart Home devices that are compatible with both systems, and I was so happy to see that the Sensi Touch Thermostat was compatible with Apple Home and Amazon Alexa! I’ve owned a Nest thermostat years ago, before google bought them, and loved the large dial around the face of the thermostat to navigate the menu - Sensi doesn’t have this, but I realize I don’t need it, Sensi Touch is a simple interface. I’ve also owned an Ecobee, 3rd generation, I loved how it “woke up” when you walked up to it, would be cool if this Sensi Touch did that, but the screen is always lit, and it “wakes up” when you touch the screen, works just fine. The app is easy to use. Installation was simple connecting to wifi was a breeze with my iPhone and the Home app; I just opened the Apple Home App and scanned the QR code that came up on the thermostat and, wala! Connected to wifi and the Home app. The Sensi app is simple and easy to use and it was easy to open my Alexa app and add the Sensi skill.

Sleek design with easy installation. The installation process is very simple as the app on your phone walks you through step by step how to do it. Once installed, the setup and functionality became slightly less simple, but still pretty intuitive. EXCEPT the the geofencing feature, one of the main reasons I was excited about this product, I cannot get it to even function at all. I submitted a support ticket on SENSI's page, 9 days ago! and still have not heard from anyone. The automatic email said someone would contact me as soon as possible. So, once I have that problem resolved and can accurately judge the rest of this product, I will update my review, but due to the lack of customer support I have dropped this rating to a 1. I feel like it could/will be a 4-5 as long as the geofencing feature can actually be turned on (it says it is in beta). I understand geofencing may not work well being in beta, but my app just tells me to try again repeatedly and does not ever turn it on. If this feature has not yet been activated, perhaps SENSI needs to stop advertising it as a current feature!

It is easy to use and super easy to set up. The geofencing ability is a nice feature. Over all it is a really nice product. I would highly recommend this product.

We decided that I wanted a smart thermostat that would work with our Alexa app, as we only have one thermostat in the house that was formerly controlled from that one location. With the Alexa app we can control the temperature from anywhere. It is very brightly illuminated when activity, but also has a fait backlight when not fully lit. Alexa reported temperatures on demand.

Easy wifi control via app, installation is more challenging if a c-wire is not available.

We had one of these in our old house, and have two systems in our new house. Very easy to setup - had to log out of account on my wife's phone and log back in for them to appear. C-Wire is required - there is ability to use a jumper on the furnace - thankfully we didn't require doing that. My HVAC guy also said he recommends these units.
