The back support is great but the holes that it all screwed into were off by millimeters so it was a pain to put together. Would recommend having a friend who can hold it in place while you wrestle it into position.

I received it today, finally assembled it, tried it for an hour, and then put it in my van and donated it to Operation Kindness

For some time I looked at what Best Buy had online, comparing several different ones. It came down to this one, but did not order it until the end of November. Since my son was going to be home for Christmas, I knew he would put it together for me. He did have a little difficulty with the assembly as apparently some of the places to screw things in were not flush and he had to do them over, but eventually it was complete and I have been enjoying the chair. It is just the right size for a small room.
