They partner with UPS. When UPS loses your package (who in the world knows how you lose a package this big) they just tell you to order a new one and wait an additional week or they will give you a refund. GO BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE SUCKER!, is all I got from the time wasting conversation. That was coming from a supervisor too. We cancelled a $3000.00 order at the end of last year because they couldn't deliver.
