However one of the arm of the chairs had a stripped bolt and therefore it made the arm wobbly which sucks considering the price of the chair. The pillow is kinda awkward as well.

My two issues were that the plastic cover for the lift was broken (looked past it because it’s only visible if you look for it) and that one of the screws for the assembly was the wrong one which means a trip to Lowe’s. Not a very premium experience for a premiem cost.

However the arms aren’t very sturdy. I’ve only had it for a few weeks and the arms never stay on straight, one even completely broke off today. I don’t know what to do about it because I spent quite a bit of money on this chair. If I could go back I would pick a different chair. I just really loved this color.
