Base broke within 1 month - Do not buy CorLiving

One of the wheels literally snapped off while (an average size male) being gently sat in about 1 month after being assembled. When we contacted CorLiving, the customer service was a disgrace. Months later and I still have been refused a phone call. They respond via email and require me to pay ADDITIONAL money for them to ship a replacement part. We have purchased other chairs from Best Buy and been please, just absolutely will never purchased this brand again.

Chair not worth the price

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could give this chair and its manufacturer's so called "warranty" a NO STAR. Chair's hydraulic lift cylinder started failing 3 weeks after purchase. By the time I did something about I had to deal with the manufacturer. CorLiving honored warranty, but charged me $32 to ship the cylinder (Buyer Beware: it is in the warranty documents...they charge "shipping" to send you parts under warranty). I got the cylinder with no instructions how to change it, and it was not easy and the chair is wobbly after we changed the cylinder. A month or so later one of the wheels broke, and once again they wanted $24 to ship ONE wheel!!! I wanted to return the chair, but CorLiving said no luck because 4 months have passed. Horrible and expensive chair, and horrible warranty and customer service.

Posted .Hello, thank you for your feedback! Sometimes if the lever is in the "locked" position, this can prevent the chair from tilting. Also, the tightening knob (attached to the mounting plate) is too tight, this will also prevent the chair from tilting.
