Great mouse for both regular work and gaming as well. My favorite is the DPI button and the lights on the side to let you know which DPI settings it is in. It also has two other buttons which you can customize to to anything. I’ve got mine to go forward or backwards in a folder or web page.

Excellent mouse, very lightweight and aesthetically pleasing with great Rgb lighting. My only complaint is that it is not wireless. I would love to see Corsair do a wireless lightweight mouse similar to the g pro super light or the Razer viper ultimate

This gaming mouse is designed for right-handed grip, and both sides allow for a good grip. The shape feels soft and comfortable. I like that this product is an ultra-lightweight mouse, just weighing 0.7 grams. Note that there are no additional weights for those who want it heavy. There are six (6) buttons which I find to be all located in easy-to-reach positions: (1) forward, (2) back, (3) dpi cycle, (4) middle-click/scroll wheel, and the Quickstrike (5) left and (6) right clicks. The wheel has a satisfactory motion while scrolling. All the buttons have consistent clicking and don’t feel too heavy. I like this DPI button because it doesn’t change randomly (accidentally); I have to focus on changing the DPI setting. The sensor performance and feel are excellent, with very smooth and jitter-free tracking. Three colored LED lights are located in the logo, the DPI indicator, and the scroll wheel. The cable cord is braided/paracord, light, looks very nice, and doesn’t drag it. The Corsair iCUE software works with this mouse to enable quick DPI adjustment, with custom macros or button remaps for all the mouse buttons. With the software, if desired, one can synchronize the setups of the RGB lighting effects. To conclude, this is a good gaming mouse. It is ultra-lightweight, buttons click are immediate and responsive.

The Corsair Sabre Pro RGB is a fantastic mouse for first-person shooters and other high-speed games that require pinpoint accuracy and minimal click pressure. The responsiveness of this mouse is incredible and the Quickstrike buttons make for an incredibly quick and easy click, giving you an almost unfair advantage in FPS games like CS:GO and Call of Duty! The on-the-fly DPS adjustments are easy to use with side mounted LEDs that show what level of sensitivity you’re at and the button is out of the way enough to not be accidentally clicked. The braided cable is nice and durable, with very little resistance while moving and has plenty of length to reach across most desks and tables. I tested this on a variety of surfaces to test out the accuracy of the optical sensor and it did NOT disappoint! The highest accuracy came from a mouse mat, but the responsiveness on a wood tabletop and bar top was incredibly fast and smooth. The pads on the bottom are replaceable if/when you wear them out but do seem to be quite durable in my testing so far. The updated version of iCue is very easy to use and integrates incredibly well with many other lighting systems (including Philips Hue!) and seamlessly with other Corsair gaming equipment! This is a phenomenal mouse for FPS and e-sport titles, especially when paired with a gaming laptop and when used in non-traditional surfaces! If you’re looking for a comfortable competitive gaming mouse, look no further!

I didn't know this mouse until I purchased Corsair K70 RGB TKL keyboard and it came with a free non-RGB version of this mouse. It fits nicely in my hand. It's very lightweightI also tried the Deathadder but I like this one better.

I've been using the Corsair Sabre Pro RGB Gaming Mouse for a few days now, I can can honestly say I love it. The mouse is as lightweight as advertised, but still feels sturdy under my hand, unlike some lightweight mice. The paracord cable and PTFE glide pads keep it moving smoothly over my gaming surface, and the adjustable DPI buttons and fine-tuning shortcuts are wonderful. The buttons feel great—especially the scroll wheel—and even though I have large hands, my finger pads come to rest at a great spot on the front of the button surface. That isn't to say that this mouse is made for someone with large hands. I've tested clicking further back on the surface, and it's smooth as well. On-the-fly DPI switching and even fine-tuning button shortcuts are awesome, and if you find an extra click or three too cumbersome, you can set custom DPI presets in the iCue software. Speaking of iCue, using it to set up software RGB color patterns is a delight. I was able to run through a few presets and even make my own custom patterns very easily. I ended up settling on kind of a pulsing purple pattern that looks awesome. And if I end up choosing more Corsair gear in the future, I can use iCue to set scenes across the devices. Through the software, I was also able to custom calibrate the mouse for my mousing surface, which is a nice touch. In-game, I found the mouse to perform excellently. I put it through its paces with some Doom Eternal, and I was extremely pleased with tracking and button responsiveness. The only downside is as a person with large hands, I had to pull back a bit to get my thumb fully engaged on the back side button. The only other thing I'll say that could be a drawback with this mouse is the paracord is very lightweight, almost to the point of feeling flimsy. I don't abuse my gear, so I'm sure it won't be an issue.

    Large light responsive gaming mouse

I’ve been using the Corsair Sabre Pro RGB Gaming Mouse for a bit over a week now for casual gaming as well as League of Legends, a MOBA where a responsive mouse can be the difference between a successful fight or coming up short. As far as responsiveness goes, the mouse absolutely performs as advertised. It wasn’t a game changing advantage to pull me out of Gold ranking into Platinum, but I’m confident my failures are my own and not my hardware. The mouse itself is described as light, and at first it was almost uncomfortably light, compared with the gaming mouse I had previously (which was starting to have intermittent USB connectivity issues). After a week of use, the mouse feels natural to use, and the weight is not a distraction. Size: this is a fairly large mouse, especially considering there are no number hot keys on the side of the mouse. It’s very long, so the fit in my hand took a little getting used to. I generally prefer a mouse where my fingers can rest comfortably near the front and my wrist is a bit behind the mouse. I’m still still on the fence if this is an optimal size for my hand, but I’ve gotten used to it fairly quickly. If you have small to medium hands, I would definitely suggest trying this in person to see if you like the “fit”. The iCue companion software had to be downloaded from the website rather than being promoted to install from connecting the mouse itself, though it’s possible that could have been a result of this being a review unit. Either way, once downloaded, the iCue software allowed me to easily customize the lighting on the mouse, as well as the DPI, polling, and run a surface calibration to improve handling on my mouse “pad”. Prior to the surface calibration, the mouse rolled very slowly across the surface I use as a mouse pad. Once calibrated, it hasn’t been an issue. The braided cable is a special fabric that claims to be lighter and avoid surface friction better than traditional cables for optimal responsiveness. This may be true, but it also seems to twist on itself, so I have long term concerns as to whether or not it will hold up as well as a traditional braided cable (photo attached). The twisting can be smoothed out fairly easily, but time will tell if it is built to last. Overall, I’m happy with the Corsair Sabre Pro RGB Gaming Mouse, and I would happily recommend it with the caveat that it is on the larger and longer side of mice, so may not be the best fit for small hands.

Mixed Bag ... at a Great Price

The Corsair Sabre Pro RGB is a mixed bag of features & facets that is hard to ignore ... for this price point. I have to say, I was eager to get my hand on this "Pro" offering from Corsair. Upon unboxing, I was immediately struck by the low weight and shape. I think a bunch of D-adder diehards are going to have a hard time ignoring this mouse, at well below $100. The ergonomics are perfect in my opinion and offer a medium to large sized hand a near-perfect fit. Not entirely looking forward to the iCUE software installation, I gave it a go. All the customization features are present albeit oddly organized. I'm not a huge fan of iCUE from past experience, but the Version 4 appears better executed ... overall. Back to the mouse... The primary switches are absolutely killer. Quickstrike, zero gap is apparent and reaction time is dead-on. With this being an ultralight design, the weight distribution is still extremely good and the PTFE glide pads are sensational. I've no way to measure drag but I feel as though this is the mos agile gaming mouse I've ever used do the the weight balance and those glide pads. Outstanding. The lighting is kind of a mixed bag; the RGB transition flow is top shelf and controllable but it is rather minimalist. Not a fan of the Corsair logo, so OFF is goes. But the scroll wheel illumination is excellent. Speaking of the scroll wheel, here is another instance of the 'mixed bag' thing I've incorporated into the title. Two words: Sloppy and Rattles. For this to be designated a "Pro" gamer model I fully expected the scroll wheel action to be consistent through complete rotations and solid in tactile feel. It is not. Big disappointment. I get it, at this price point something had to give ... but the scroll wheel is a key component of the design. So no. Not up to snuff. I would have preferred a higher standard of scroll wheel and Corsair ditching the RGB features all together to offset cost. The wheel is a high usage component in my mind; it needs to be on par with the excellent Omron quickstrike switches! Another aspect of this mouse that is 'mixed' is the cord. The cloth sheathing is in fact very low drag in use but its fit & form is loose, making it prone to bunching up. Personally, I would have preferred the wrap to be a bit tighter against the actual cable along its complete length. Another miss in my book. The last odd-ball thing about this mouse worth mentioning: The dpi indicator LEDs. Not a fan of the staging arrangement to accommodate "5" levels of dpi over 3 LEDs. Not intuitive. But that's just me... I've spent a good chunk of hours playing Black Ops: Nuke Town, where precision is key to survival and I can attest to the fact that his mouse is competition oriented. My accuracy improved greatly and scoping was spot on. So with the scroll wheel sloppiness aside, this is still a great, inexpensive shooter mouse. To be honest, it could easily be a $100 mouse if the scroll wheel had that higher end control and build quality. The 18000 dpi and the 8000 hz polling enhancements are amazing advancements but anything above 12k dpi is only going to make sense for those with big, 4k gaming monitors. I played around with the dpi and polling rate and settled in at 3200 dpi and 4000 polling. My Ryzen 3800x is capable of supporting the max polling rate but I honestly could not tell a difference above 4000. My gaming monitor is 1080p/240 hz.... hence the lower dpi requirement. Pros: Perfect ergonomics and light weight Excellent glide; Best ever Instantaneous, quick strike buttons Low drag cabling Cons: Sloppy scroll wheel Cloth cable sheathing poorly executed Goofy dpi LEDs Rattles So would I recommend the Corsair Sabre Pro RGB to friends? I would. Money is tight and this thing threads a good price point with great weight balance, superb glide and excellent button precision for anyone on a tight budget & that insists on an ultralight form factor.

The Corsair SABRE PRO is an excellent wired gaming mouse with a comfortable right-handed shape and a slightly textured plastic body that offers added grip. It's lightweight, feels well-built, has a very low click latency, a flexible cable, and good mouse feet. It also has companion software for customization that's compatible with Windows and macOS, and its CPI has a wide range and adjusts by increments of one. It's well-suited for all grip types, but those with smaller hands may have trouble reaching some of the buttons using a claw or fingertip grip.

This is my first real high quality mouse, before this I bought cheap redragon stuff. Not bad, but this is definitely a huge step up. Pros: lightweight, cord doesn't drag, whether or not that 8000hz polling rate is placebo, it feels good. Moves nicely on mouse pad. Click is clicky and I like it. Pro and con: the software. You need to download iCUE to do things like calibrate the mouse to your specific mouse pad, or enable the 8000hz polling rate. But it can be a helpful little program and it works with other corsair peripherals. If you have a lot of those, it's not a huge deal. Con: You also need to keep it running in the background, and unfortunately because it can control a lot of other peripherals, it comes with quite a bit of bloat. The application takes a not insignificant amount of CPU load and memory to run, so keep that in mind. It can be very powerful if you have many corsair items tho.

Great mouse, the look and feel is great compared to my razer deathadder. The software is good that you use to adjust the polling rate which is also a great feature of this mouse. Also the led's are. very bright and you can adjust them in software as well or turn them off completely. Overall I'd recommend this one over the viper 8k, its cheaper and I think is more comfortable long term and the cord doesn't drag and pull on the mouse like the razer does.

Amazing mice, good for people with long fingers, and a medium to big hands. I swear this product means from what it says! It is extremely light, lighter than most of the other mouses I use, I really mean it! Also you can configure your mouse settings on the iCUE software, you have to download the software if you don't have it.

Bought this for my son for gaming, and he loves it. Best thing he likes about it is its responsiveness. And the adjustment for the responsiveness, where he can choose whether to go faster or slower with it. Very solidly built mouse, buttons feel solid as well. Reasonably priced as well for a gaming mouse.

I mean, it's a good functional mouse and it has built in buttons to quicken moving on websites, changing mouse cursor speed on the screen, but the pulsing light on the mouse is really annoying going from white to other colors continuously. There is a way to turn it off, but you have to load software separately, which i'm not able to do on my work laptop. SUGGESTION FOR CORSAIR, PUT A BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM TO MAKE THE LIGHT CONSTANT INSTEAD OF PULSING. I couldn't stand it and wish there was something on the packaging that stated this so I didn't have to waste my time. I went back to my Corsair Harpoon which Best Buy doesn't seem to carry any more.

Well made, tons of features and customizable through Corsair's iCue software including its lighting. You spend more for Corsair products but you know you're getting something of quality whether it be case fans, PSU's, ram, cases, Aio coolers, RGB lighting etc you know before ever even taking it out of the box that it's going to be well made, perform at a high level for a good long time and that it's going to sync with all your other components in iCue. You can go wrong with Corsair products!
