    Power supply failed almost 9 months to the day after it was installed. No surges, storms, etc. Calm day, playing a weekly LAN game with friends online, boom in the dark, gaming over for the night. I have a supply tester, supply no longer provides any 5v at all. Very disappointing. Replaced with EVGA 850W also from Best Buy, same system three months so far no problems. At least it didn't damage anything when it died.

    I used the PS for 6 months and one day it failed. I understand electronics fail but the warranty policy is less than par. There is not a straight foward solution to the warranty dept. The case is Corsair needs to step up their support and be more user friendly.

    Product was defective straight out of the box. Might want to have the geek squad test before driving home if purchasing in store. I ended up exchanging for an EVGA unit that worked perfectly. Corsair quality has gone down over the past few years imo

    This power supply is great. It is semi-modular but the built-in cables are ones that you would use anyways, like the motherboars power connector. It's also a good price for an 850w gold PSU. It also has a great price

    Bought it in december. Died in July. Worked fine while it was alive. Not sure why it died so quick on me.

    It's a bit overkill for my PC, but it does the job well. From reviews I've seen, the internal parts are high quality. Voltages on my PC are now steady as a rock. The semi-modular bits are pretty nice as well. Plenty of connections for pretty much anything.
