Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler's excellent cooling performance and attractive RGB lighting. Many appreciate its straightforward installation and quiet operation, while some find the price point high and the size of the radiator substantial. A few users expressed concerns about the included fans and the cooler's software. Overall, the positive feedback on cooling and ease of use outweighs the negative comments regarding cost and some minor component issues.

So far so good. The cooler has been effective, worked effectively and DID come with the correct mounting for the new AM5 platform. The ICU software has good intentions, but needs some work. With a little patients tho, you can get the LED and fan control arranged.

The cooler started connecting and disconnecting as I can see it through the iCUE app. Everything is properly connected. The connecting and disconnecting every 5 seconds is causing games to stutter unnecessarily. The worst part is, that this is the 3rd cooler from CORSAIR that I've bought that has issues. I've had 2 other ones with the LCD screen as well and all 3 have failed in less than a year. Corsair is simply not what it used to be. They sell OVERPRICED products that don't even last a year. I have seen brands like Lian Li coming out on top lately. I wish I could get a refund for this trash of a cooler.

Bought this to go into the new Corsair 4000D case. Works and looks great. However, it recently started disconnecting/reconnecting (like a usb being unplugged and plugged back in). I had a H115i do the same thing. Maybe capability prob with my MSI board?

D.O.A Pump Failure Out Of The Box

Mine came DOA... Purchased less than 24 hours from posting. Pump wont power but fans and rgbs work using the commander core included with the Cooler. Also the 3pin 1wire thats suppose to prevent the cpu fan error wont work on multiple headers from aio,cpu_fan,cpu_opt... Can't boot to even see anything past 15min of run time cpu will max out 99c and shut down. Couldn't do a bios flash with asus ez flash 3 due to temps rising and crashing mid processing bios update. Now my pc is stuck with needing a new firmware to flash to default back. And thats the last update currently 9 hours until i can return it in store. Corsair if you do for some reason see this dont power your pump with a proprietary power. Better to let the pump rpm be controlled via bios or 4pin header.

    Not good for Threadripper

Due to the design of the product, the mounting brackets can only go 2 ways rather than 4 ways, meaning that the water lines either go the the left or to the right. There isn't enough space to place either the 4th or the 5th stick of ram (depending on how you attach the mounting brackets). This means that you can't use all 8 slots, and due to the fact that the configuration for 6 sticks of ram requires both slot 4 and 5 (C2 and A2), you can't use 6 sticks either. Due to this poor design, anyone buying a Threadripper is forced to either stick to 128GB of RAM or buy a different cooling solution. Sadly for me, I only upgraded to Threadripper 2 months after buying this one (I did say on the package that it would work for it, which is why I bought it!) so I am stuck with it. I'll just have to use 128GB until I can get a monoblock for the motherboard, at least those are guaranteed to fit.

      Hi JRode,

Sorry to hear about the RAM clearance. The tubes placement is designed to fit within the space allocated around the CPU socket by AMD, some motherboard manufacturers may deviate from the specification. We'd like to help! Hardware NOT included

Does NOT come with hardware for all modern cpus. The unit that I purchased did not contain standoff screws for intel LGA 1700 series processors; it’s that simple. It only costs $3 to get the correct screws from Corsairs website but when it says they’re included they really need to be included. Nothing like working on a PC and realizing you have to leave it unfinished for 3-5 business days to get 4 screws that were supposed to be in the box. No this was not an open box purchase, the manual even says it only included the two standoffs for intel processors.

Corsair has been making AIO’s for many years and they’ve stood the test of time and have proven to be reliable, worry free and they perform!! I’ve never seen or had a Corsair AIO leak or anything like that. They definitely cool better than standard air coolers and run quieter it wanted. I have this on 10900k OC’d to 5.1 all core, all the time and highest temps on hand brake encoding with multiple files at once is around 80-86c. That’s not bad, the fans are the Corsair mag lev rgbs fans and are actually really nice performing fans. However I do want to note that I run a push pull setup with the fans as I bought 3 more Corsair maglev fans, I like to squeeze as much performance as possible but I know in reality with the radiator being less than 28mm thick, these extra fans probably make no improvement in cooling performance. Easy to set up, I do recommend changing the thermal paste to a higher quality/performing paste like thermal grizzly kyronaut or the many other good pastes out on the market. This AIO comes with a commander hub, which is nice. You can hook up to 6 Corsair fans and accompanying RGB wires to the hub to control the fan speed and that RGB goodness everybody loves
