There has to be a better way. Each fan has 2 cables that goes to the same place. I have 6 fans total so 12 cables to route and bundle up. I thought long and hard about switching to the Lian Li fans that all hook together but I have other Corsair products that I need ICUE for. Though the H150i Cooler may not have been well thought out I know it will work. My dads and my Plex server and my gaming machine has a lot of Corsair stuff in them (Ram, PSU's, RADs and Cases and I never had a problem with any of them.

Can’t turn off PC because I would get the exclamation point sign every time I turn my PC back on. Had to force update to the latest firmware if not CPU would start overheating. Everything is connected following their instructions and there’s no real solution to this.

Thing came right out of the box with issues. Nothing in in the installation was an issue on a brand new system setup but once turning on. Got the "Red Exclamation Point" error. Checked on the website and they're saying it's a general error with user error in setting it up/plugging into motherboard or the command core. After looking more into it, seems to be either a firmware issue or its actually that this is a hunk of junk with a 50/50 work rate. Been putting together systems for 20+ years and never had to deal with something that cost this much that just doesn't work right off the start. Cant trust that its actually working and not going to fry the CPU if its not functioning correctly out of the box. Save your money and get a different CPU cooler.

      Hi MylzDavis,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you try connecting the COMMANDER CORE and ELITE LCD's straight into your motherboard's USB 2.0 header, rather than a splitter? It is also worth updating your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version available, as there may have been USB optimization. If the issue persists, please get in touch with us - we'd appreciate the opportunity to resolve this: support.corsair.com

Just finished my build recently since other pc components are hard to get. And all i can say is it is a garbage cooler. I never got it to work from the beginning. It will either show the red exclamation mark or 0 temperature. It took me forever to reach out to customer support but when I did, they sent me a replacement commander core. And guess what? It did not fix the issue. It is still showing the red exclamation mark or the 0 temp. I'm way beyond return period and it will probably take me forever again to reach out to them. Very pricey for a garbage product.

I have this product cooling my Threadripper CPU and it cools it perfectly. However, I started getting a clicking sound from the cooler pump itself and it failed a few days after that. I only having this product approximately three years which I bought in 2022. Other than that, this is a really cool product. It’s large enough to fit over a Threadripper CPU.

Oh boy... where to start. Lets start with originally bought the iCue H150i Elite capellix to hook it up and turn out to have a bad pump. Everything was hooked properly tried different fan pins on the motherboard and checked my connections still nothing. So I let it go and i was like you know what ill try the lcd version for an extra $100+ Opened the box to recieve another elite capellix without an LCD screen on it. Unfortunately, your quality control is terrible and for the price it's a slap in the face. Twice in one week. I would stay as far away fron corsair as possible. They only care about the money not the effort going into their products.

The hardware for this item is terrible. The display often turns into a red exclamation point and you have to mess with regedit to get it to work. It’s a gimmick item and it doesn’t work well enough to justify the cost.

This is an easy one. The installation was easy, easier than installing a passive radiator. It runs silently, doesn't leak, and keeps my system (Intel 12700, slight OC) at barely above ambient temperature. The screen is a luxury, but I refer to it often. I'd certainly buy again but hope to transfer it to the next build.

Switched to this product after my dual fan setup wasn’t enough to keep my new processor cool. It made me nervous at first because the pump wouldn’t start and my CPU temp jumped to 100°C instantly, so I rebooted and it’s been working fine ever since. Super easy installation, I heard a lot of good things about it from my friends and other reviews. The screen is customizable and really neat to use. CPU temperatures lower than ever, hovering around 40-41°C under load. The only reason I didn’t give this product 5 stars was because of the iCUE software. Corsair needs to release an update that allows you to rotate the orientation of the screen. I had to install mine a certain way because of space issues and it caused my screen to be placed in the wrong orientation. You can rotate custom pictures you put on it, just wish you could do it with the preset themes.

This is a great CPU water cooler. It's cooling performance is great for any modern CPU. However there are some caveats. First, it requires quite a lot of cabling and you must use their included commander controller to have control of the fan speeds and RGB. Second, in order to use them, you must install their software, iCue. While its a super nice software and with great features, it does consume some system resources (I did benches and my CPU scores were lower while it was running in the background, not by a lot, but is measurable). If you are ok with that, its a great cooler and the addition of the LCD screen is great. It's of great quality and you can use for many things, like monitor and display CPU temperature, GPU temperature, usage etc and even display your own images on it!

Price is always going to be an issue, not something you necessarily need, but it definitely was an upgrade from Air cooling. Also the ability to add images or a gif makes your setup that much better. I was planning on getting the NZXT AIO, but I’ve always heard the CAM software was an issue. Since I already had RGB Corsair lights, the software was simple to use, I find no issue whatsoever!

Excellent cooler. Everything worked as expected. Been needing a bigger cooler to cool my i9-11900k. Was able to keep my cpu around 60-70c at 5.3ghz on all core. Super impressed with the performance. For aesthetic, you are pretty much paying the $100 for the lcd screen, which is super high quality display. Able to customize anything onto that screen. Along with LED hub controller and software, was able to link all my LED fans together and customize it all through the software. Overall, great product.

The 120mm push/pull AIO that came with my IbuyPower PC was starting to make noises, so it was time for a new AIO. I got the Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE along with 3 additional Corsair case fans. Formerly, my 8700K CPU would hover around 56°C under normal workloads and well over 85°C under full load. Now it sits at around 30°C and never goes over 65°C under load. Fairly straight forward to install, but with 6 fans hooked to the controller (2 leads each...RGB), there is quite a bit of cable management required. But once it was all up and running, and the fan curves dialed in, this thing keeps everything cool. Very recommended.
