Loud and poor performance

Using it on my new 7950x build and the pump wine at quiet is very noticeable, turning it higher just makes it worse. And at idle, it runs in the mid 40s and gaming load in the high 80s even with a push pull config with 6 fans.... I haven't reseated it yet but it could be the cheap paste it comes with too. Also the need for the commander is terrible too. I'm already running a Lian Li controller for my other fans(way cleaner install) and I have to have 2 fan controllers because of the cooler even though I'm not using RGB lighting. Very disappointing. The screen is cool but still no option to rotate the screen which is a huge oversight that's an easy fix.

I had hoped that this could be fixed with a little research, but this unit apparently has a known flaw that bricks the pump (often after updates). As I said, this is an issue that is known to Corsair, and has been for years now, and nothing has been done to address the problem. Even if the pump had worked, the iCue software that controls everything is really poorly implemented.

Pump Failure

I highly advise purchasing this product or any corsair product for that matter. I purchased and switched to Lian Li Ga II LCD and works and cools better than the corsair AIO. Also decided to strip my rig of any corsair prodcuts and replaced my fans with Lian Li Uni fans which run a lot quieter not to mention way better cable managment.Now my system is up and running with no issues. Do your research and invest your hard eanred money into parts that’ll last.
