Never See Stephanie

This was the single most horrible shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Stephanie at the Broadway location made sure that I felt terrible for coming back time after time throughout the build of my new PC from start to finish.
It’s no wonder her coworkers all think she is terrible to deal with, and a burden to customers.
I almost feel bad for her having to go through life at a job where she hates the people she’s supposed to be assisting.
As far as the specific item, the original with the LCD screen was the one I wanted, and it did not work out of the box so this is one I was forced to purchase. And after so many issues, I took the PC home and realized, wow this isn’t even the computer I want. And I paid so much for it.
The whole process was riddled with issues and she specifically condemned my efforts to proceed.
From reverse fans not being available, to faulty AIO component out of the box, to her denying the rear exhaust fan was not meant to be an exhaust fan, she single handedly made any efforts Jake made completely soured.
I proceeded to return the entirely faulty PC built and purchase with microcenter 90+ miles away.
I attempted to email the store with no response and even had BestBuy social media rep and to me with an attempt to contact the store, also with no results.
I don’t know how some one in her position can be employed while actively denying progress to a sale over $2500 to a new member.
Is the character limit so I had to delete 70% of my review, anyone reading this? I do recommend corsair products but I never recommend speaking or dealing with Stephanie and geek squad at the national city Best Buy location.

I have tried for hours after installing it ( the TITAN AIO cooler ) into my corsair case to get everything setup and the rgb on the fans of this AIO will NOT WORK. I have tried looking this up in videos, reddit and so forth and have had no luck. The older AIOs had a bit more cable mess but at least I NEVER HAD RGB ISSUES! If you are looking for an AIO with a working set of RGB fans do NOT buy this AIO.
I have tried contacting corsair themselves through social media and surprise no message option. even commented on their own ad and got no response. think i will avoid corsair rgb products from now on. pretty disappointed in this product. Wouldn't buy it again.
In the picture shown, the tops fans are on the AIO. The light bouncing off of it is from the pump and the G Skill Ram RGB. The other set of fans are LX fans. The LX Fans have their own hub separate from the AIO setup.

Horrible Installation Instruction

The installation instructions are not usable. Example: Using cable L.....and I have figure out what is cable L from 3 cables that look the same. There are no labels on the cable. The pictures are B&W and do not represent actual cables. I have 3 cables but 2 ports in the cooler/radiator.
Now what? The instructions do not say. The "TAC" cable appears to be missing. If I have it, they didn't label it and since I cannot tell from the B&W picture what is what I have no idea what I got. The only instructions are online and using that on a phone is nightmare. You have to have a working computer to read the instructions.

Exploded in my computer

Installation was very easy and straightforward. However, the control module exploded and caught fire in my computer and fried the liquid cooling pump and the LINK fans. After some research, this has happened to several people and is not uncommon. Do not buy if you don't want to risk a time bomb in your PC
Very sorry to hear this. Definitely very uncommon for this to happen. Have you already gone through Best Buy for an exchange? If needed, instead, do contact our team directly right on our site via ticket for assistance and they'll get you sorted out!

I've been running the Corsair [insert model, e.g., H100i Elite Capellix] for a few months now, and it's been nothing short of impressive. Right out of the box, the build quality is excellent—solid, clean design with a premium feel. The RGB lighting is vibrant but not over-the-top, and it integrates seamlessly with iCUE for those who want to customize their setup.
Installation:
Setup was straightforward, with clear instructions and all the necessary brackets included for both Intel and AMD sockets. It took me about 30 minutes to install, even with cable management.
Cooling Performance:
Performance-wise, it's handled everything I've thrown at it. My CPU temps have dropped significantly compared to my old air cooler, especially under load during gaming and rendering. The fans ramp up intelligently, and for the most part, it's whisper-quiet unless you're really pushing the system.
Software (iCUE):
iCUE is a bit of a mixed bag. It offers tons of customization, but it can be a little buggy at times or overly resource-heavy. Still, once it's set, you rarely need to mess with it.
Final Thoughts:
If you're looking for a reliable, high-performance AIO with strong aesthetics and decent software control, Corsair delivers. Just keep in mind that it’s a bit pricier than some competitors, but the quality and performance justify the cost.

The Corsair iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX is everything you want in a high-end AIO cooler—and then some. I installed it in a white-themed build, and it completely stole the show. The RGB is vibrant and customizable down to the tiniest detail, and the white radiator and fans look clean and premium.
Performance-wise, it keeps my CPU temperatures low even under full load. I’m running a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, and it never breaks a sweat thanks to the thick radiator and efficient pump. The unit runs whisper-quiet even during stress tests, and setup was easier than expected thanks to Corsair’s streamlined mounting system and iCUE LINK ecosystem.
If you're looking for top-tier cooling, beautiful aesthetics, and seamless software integration, this cooler is an absolute win. Perfect for both gamers and creators who care about performance and looks.

The Corsair iCUE Link Titan 360 RX LCD CPU cooler is a stellar choice for high-performance builds. It delivers exceptional thermal management, keeping demanding CPUs cool with remarkably low noise levels. The innovative iCUE LINK ecosystem simplifies installation and cable routing, making setup a breeze. Its vibrant LCD screen and dynamic RGB lighting offer stunning visual customization. While a premium investment, the Titan's blend of powerful cooling, quiet operation, and sleek design makes it a top-tier liquid cooler for enthusiasts. A fantastic blend of form and function.

I needed an upgrade from a 240 mm radiator due to high load temps for my 14700k and decided to go with this to also stay with the rest of my corsair icue products. Install was easy and quick, and had it up and running in a short time. I havent ran into the same thermal issues since and it is a very quiet system with almost no noise and none when running low inpact programs.

This cools a Ryzen 9 9700X and was easy to install. The new style fans that link together make for a much cleaner install than the multi wire style. Fairly quet an RGB is nice, too. Definitely recommended for those who need good cooling and don't want to break the bank.

I love the ique link system. Makes cable management for fans so much easier. Plus it keeps my CPU fairly cool! Easy to install and I'm a fan of the new way they're being attached to AMD boards.

Looks beautiful and keeps my Ryzen 9 9950x3d cool and around 60c even during heavy loads like being in vrchat and unity at the same time.

The unit itself is pretty cool, and I give it an overall 4, so far. The instructions are not very clear which has become surprising for Corsair (have used their products for many years) and "look it up on YouTube" is a totally unacceptable answer.
The "distribution node" thing can be a pain when trying to find a location in the case. The colors are great and there's plenty of extra wire including one that's shown to be installed in manual but goes nowhere, with no explanation (for additional units available for additional money I discovered). It's much quieter than the one it replaced which is a huge plus along with better color. Given I've only been using the build (gamer) a short while, long term performance can't be gauged yet.
