Absolutely amazing headphones at a great price on a daily deal.

The quality of sound of the headphones was nice but after using it for about two hours, I realized how uncomfortable they were. The mic quality was also not the greatest. Occasionally the headset would also start playing weird noises on me as if it was bugged out. The rgb was not controllable through the icue software for me either, I had to use my motherboard (msi) program (mystic light) to control it. I ended up returning these and buying the logitech set that is also bluetooth.

I've had the Astro A50 for a while now and decided to change them up. the thing I like about this is that you can remove the mic. With these on my brother was able to sneak up on me and scare me.

I got this for $90 as a daily deal. Microphone on the device is decent but not he greatest. I noticed that I had some white noise issue but I manage to find a work around. Battery is decent (4-5 hours). I'm giving it a 3/5 because it started to cut out the sound for me..... for the price for a wireless headset..... its good but not the greatest. I have my original logitech that I could use if this one decides to die. I might consider returning this device if it continues to cut out the sound......

Could have been better its Early Still as ive not used them enough to tell Battery Life is not what they claim

I currently have the white ones and this one is pretty much the same except a silver look to it. Love the virtuosos so much gotta have at least 2. Highly suggest even refurbs to save money for the same experience, except minus the original box of course.

Great headset used for meetings. Can become a little warm and had some issues with any m1 product but otherwise a great buy.

I didn’t like how they distorted sound every 30 min. they made me return them after so many issues. Plus for that price you can get nicer stuff

Purchased these refurbished ones to try to save some money but all it did was give me connection problems. I did return them and purchased new sealed ones and those have been working fine maybe I just got a defective pair.

very good you need to use the software to get the most of them they are not plug n play for noise cancellation

The headset itself is awesome. However; THIS HEADSET DOES NOT WORK WITH XBOX. (XBOX ONE AND SERIES X AND SERIES S) I Have all 3 and neither system supported the headset. Don’t waste your money if you’re looking for a Xbox headset stick get Gen 2 Stealths. Another downside of this headset is comfort. I have pretty normal sized ears and no matter what you do your ear will rub against mesh inside..

Didn’t work upon purchase. Normally refurb isn’t and issue

The headset itself is fantastic, but if you get the refurbished model it'll work just long enough to be out of warranty and then every employee you talk to will give you completely different information about the warranty. Don't waste your time with refurbished.

This headsets Bluetooth hurts my head and leaves a ringing in your ears even at low volume. BUYERS BEWARE
