Great mechanical keyboard for PC gaming! I loved it a lot! You can download software for this and change every single color and key on this on the fly. It such a cool feature and see at night time too. I highly recommend it. DO NOT SPILL any drinks on this. Happened to me one time and it still worked but it has glitches. Make a rule. NO DRINKING over the keyboard lol. Got another one of course :D

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend when he was building his own computer, and he loved it from the moment he felt the light response of the keys. He gushed over how quiet they were and what a difference this would make when typing late at night, and how the interchangeable gaming keys make it feel customizable. He took it home and within hours he was sending me video of the color waves running beneath the keys. I'm pretty jealous, if I owned a desktop I'd buy one for myself too.

I got this keyboard with a coupon and BB student deals so I got it under $100. At the price, it's one of the best you can buy. Typing on it feels great and the customizable RGB with profiles you can download from others is very bright and precise. Since it has keys that are quieter than browns, it may feel a bit mushier but the noise reduction lets me type essay's at night without waking everyone up. It's still loud but not as much as blue switches or actual browns.

For awhile, I had a Logitech K750 keyboard. I had always had great luck with Logitech products (and still do), but I wanted to step up my work keyboard to a mechanical keyboard. After reading some reviews and checking on sales, I finally found the Corsair Strafe on sale at Best Buy. Not only does this keyboard work very very well, but it also looks amazing. You can easily customize the back lights to whatever color/pattern you wish. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought this keyboard when it was on sale. It replaced my das keyboard professional. I bought the silent red switches, and I have to say it is very quiet compared to the blue switches I had on my das keyboard. It's like typing on a cloud. The RGB lighting is awesome! So much customization options with the included software. Plus you can download RGB profiles online with customized macro buttons and lighting effects. Overall I am super happy with my new keyboard.

First mechanical keyboard I've ever owned and I love it! Easy to set up and the colors are amazing.

This is now the second Corsair keyboard I've purchased. Somehow I managed to need a keyboard when these Corsairs were on sale, so that was good luck. Quality wise, you can't beat the construction. They are solid, well-built and the Cherry MX switches are the best I've ever used. (I've used Cherry switches in other keyboards and they've never let me down). The version of Cherry MX switches I bought is the "Red" switches, and they are the perfect blend of tactile feel and feedback. They are also relatively silent, which is my personal preference. With their newer keyboards, Corsair is also using a software app called "icue." This allows you to easily customize the LED lights for a variety of looks and you can even isolate certain keys by making them a different color altogether. So if you regularly play games where you use the W-A-S-D keys, you can change their color to more quickly find them, visually. In theory, I think you could just about assign a different color to every key on the keyboard. I think you can also use the software to bind certain functions to various keys, but I haven't experimented with it yet. Don't quote me on that, though. Overall, I would definitely buy another of these Strafe keyboards. The last Strafe keyboard I bought (and still use on a different PC) was the version with red LEDs only, and so this RGB version was new to me. I love having all the color options! More than that though, I love the Cherry MX switches. Cherry has been around for a long time and it shows in their products. I'm glad Corsair was smart enough to use them.

I'm using this keyboard to type this review right now. I love this keyboard. Solidly built, nice full size, and QUIET mechanical keys. This means you can game and type all night without worrying about disturbing anyone trying to get some sleep in the room next to you. With the CUE software you can adjust the lighting to however you want, as well as download lighting profiles created by other people on the internet. I use this to game and couldn't be happier.

It's literally the best keyboard that I have ever used! Even though it's the silent one, it does contain positive feedback to figures! Since I started using it, I haven't lost a single matchup on LOL.

Great mechanical keyboard for gaming purposes. Lights up great

This keyboard has all the feel of a full mechanical keyboard with none of the noise. The LED options are cool and it's lightning fast response is great for gaming. It's also great for fast typists as the keys give just enough resistance to touch type without having to fully depress the key. It's quite enough to use during meetings but still feels better than chiclet key keyboards. I replaced my loud Das Keyboard with this and didn't miss a beat.

Well constructed solid keyboard that comes with wrist rest and rgb. Now my backup keyboard after purchasing a ducky 10 keyless, but still a very good keyboard, especially for the price.

Colors are bright, keys are comfortable and you still get that tactile feedback from the keyboard without all the loud ticky ticky. Its comfortable, and well worth the price.

I recently built my first pc and regretebly cheaper out on the keyboard. After a few months I took the plunge on this when it was on sale and can easily say I’d pay full price.

Bought this keyboard for my sons birthday. He loves it and is glad it’s quieter than he thought it would be. He does a lot of pvp gaming and had a stock keyboard previously.

the customizeable lighting is mesmerizing and the keys are super sensitive and silent. great keyboard

I use this keyboard for gaming as well as Audio/Video Editing. I love the feel of the keys and the key response is great. Being a mechanical keyboard the keys are louder than regular keyboards but the Cherry MX Silent are defiantly a lot quieter than other Mechanical keyboards. I love the RGB LEDs and all the lighting options. I have all my keyboard shortcuts for Premiere, After Effects and Audition lighted differently so they're easy to find.

Best keyboard ever. Great for typing. Works great in low light. Easy for someone with bad hands to use.

I've been holding off on getting a gaming keyboard for years as I never could justify the investment. Finally took the plunge and got this about a month ago. Have to say everything about it is excellent. Key strokes are easy and smooth. Not to much noise but enough tactile feedback to let you know what you're doing. Design and finish is extremely pleasing all around. Doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. Great lighting mod community and options.
