Great keyboard. Has all of the mechanical clicky goodness you would expect from a Mechanical Keyboard but sounds a lot quieter than the normal MX Cherry Reds would. I can use this in an office. I couldn't use the MX Cherry Reds because they were too loud. This keyboard is great. Only wish they gave it a braided cable instead of a normal rubbery one.

What can I say it's am amazing keyboard the RGB is awesome the customizing you can do for the RGB is very easy to use the USB pass threw is great idea so if you have a flash drive you need to use headset or even if you need to charge your phone it right there definitely good quality sturdy and very comfortable I would definitely recommend this

It has a good set of default profiles that show case all of the colors. You could also get a ton of other profiles from the corsair forums.

I personally like this key board. Everyone will like a different one all depends. I like when I can test a bunch of keyboards in the store. To get a feel of how the keys are. This key board is a lot quieter then other mechanical key boards, which i like. Pretty much does what other ones do with the color and all that jazz.

I grew up using mechanical typewriters and my typing is loud even on non mechanical keyboards these days. I've been in the market for a mechanical keyboard for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. The precision of the board is phenomenal and it doesn't sound like I'm hitting the keys with a hammer. Plus, who doesn't like RGB LEDs?

I feel this keyboard is a great buy. The aesthetics, while nice looking in the standard RGB rainbow mode, can look great in other patterns as well. I suggest using multiple colors at once, because when you stay on one static color, the white backboard becomes very noticeable, and dings the visuals, making it look a lot cheaper from an angle. The MX Silent switch is basically a Red switch with about a 7dB quieter click, so its the better switch if you have to bring this in a populated environment or need to keep noise down.

If you bought this keyboard for no noise as the box says "MX Silent", then your mistaken. Corsair claim that there is a 30% noise reduction from typing compared to other mechanical keyboards. While I don't have tools to make an experiment to test this claim, it makes less noise than my previous mechanical keyboards. You aren't going to hear "tap-tap" and "clicks-clicks" like those other rgb switches. Keys are very sensitive as I found out while gaming and doesn't take a lot of milligram force to push down. Easy to customize color using the corsair software utility downloaded from their website. A USB pass through hub that makes cable management better with less dongles sticking out. Wrist rest nullifies with hand/arm fatigue from using it too long. Easy to pull out the key head using a tool they give u to switch out different colors like your typical W A S D keys for most pc gaming situations. Overall, best buy of a keyboard i ever had considering it's from corsair themselves. And I got it during black friday with savings of 60 bucks from it's usual 159 bucks retail price so it was a steal IMO.

Have not had a single issue with it. Comfortable, great lighting, the silent switches are a nice touch. Comes with a detachable wrist rest and special key caps for the gaming keys all included with it without extra purchase. The RGB software seems to work well for me. 2 year warranty from corsair is nice. No regrets on this purchase.

It is a little bit pricey but... The good: Key depression is good, it has good tactile feel, is very responsive. The software is pretty good, although i havent played with it much. It gives you the freedom to change the back lighting scheme however you like and even download configurations created from other people. The bad: The price is a little high, and if you want something for just everyday tasks i recommend you look else where. Configuring the software can be a little bit of a learning curve and can take quite a bit of your time. When i bought this it was best buy exclusive so no price match opportunities. The meh: If youre used to generic rubber dome keyboards there will be a learning curve. They keys are relatively tall and you will probably feel awkward typing on it for a while, but when you get used to it you will really appreciate the difference. Its not really silent, still louder than a rubber dome keyboard, but quieter than a conventional mechanical with tactile "clicky" keys, no loud snapping. My take: Buy it. If you game or like a little flair with your typing experience its totally worth it. Easily one of the best keyboards ive used.

I have had no problems with this keyboard. It feels and looks amazing. The lighting affects are quite entertaining, and the keyboard as a whole looks very clean and professional. The programming software is also fun and easy to use when experimenting with all of the different lighting combinations. You can't go wrong with this.

I'm a big fan of keys with tactile feedback but I needed something that was much quieter. This keyboard fit the bill perfectly. These don't have that tactile bump I normally like, but I've adjusted to them and I love them. They have a great feel and now I'm not annoying family with my usual clicking and clacking, especially at night.

I'll first admit I don't normally use mechanical keyboards. Not since high school back in the day. This keyboard is VERY colorful and well lit, but the keys feel a bit narrow and the travel distance with it being mechanical just doesn't work for me. There are those that love mechanical and I'm sure they're in love with this keyboard. So if you're used to them I'd say you'll have no issues in buying this or any regrets. If you're like me and haven't used one in a while, you may want to check it out in store. I was finding I wasn't getting my words fully typed in because I wasn't going the full distance on the keys. I came from a Logitech with very flat keys and minimal travel distance. So for me, it was tough to get the hang of. The color options are awesome. All kinds of different patterns or static colors. Also if you buy the mouse pad, I think the M880? Or something like that, you can do color linking. Where they'll both be in sync with whatever pattern or colors you choose. Very neat! I'm giving it 5 stars because even though it's not for me, it's still very well built and functions just as it should.

Bought this for my grandson, and he loves it! It is extremely easy to use and the colors that shine on the keyboard are a plus!

I bought this keyboard on sale. I had been wanting this one for awhile. I love the color schemes and patterns. Can also be set to display a single color. It's also heavy for a keyboard while I like. Feels well built. And it's easy to remove keys with the removal tool for switch out for FPS and MMO games configurations.

Purchased for my son when saw as a deal of the day so it was a great price. He built a gaming computer this summer and needed a keyboard to finish his system. HE LOVES this keyboard. The clicks when you press the buttons, the custom light show effects that the keyboard does is all very cool. He us happy which makes me happy!
