I had recently spent $160 on the Razer Blackwidow, which I felt was awesome! But...after using this Corsair for about a month, I'm feeling more partial toward this Corsair. Bright lights, quiet-ish keys, and it costs less!

Great New Keyboard, quiet and works great, no issues

Very solid construction, great feel and look, very well made all around as always with corsair. MX Silent keys are very nice and really feel like you're floating over the keys while typing and while gaming are really just perfect for making quick presses. Also makes for accidental keypresses. Software is really the choke point here. It is very well laid out but is not reliable.

I bought this about 6 months ago because it was on sale and i do not regret it. It is noticeably quieter than my old membrane keyboard and the rgb lighting is a nice touch. I would recommend. Have not had any problems.

After scouring online reviews for the best gaming keyboards, I purchased the Corsair Strafe Rgb Mx Silent Gaming Keyboard. I bought this for my teen son for Christmas. The programmable back lit keyboard has been fun. There are uncountable colors and many different styles, like waves, that you can program. We all have our own set up. I have to say that I was most interested in the "Silent" part of this keyboard. You can still hear the typing, but it is much better than other mechanical gaming keyboards. This does not have that metallic sound. Typing for everyday tasks is very comfortable. The keys are very responsive and I enjoy typing on it. My son loves it for gaming. This is a great keyboard, that I got at a great price during black Friday!

I had been considering a purchase of a mechanical gaming keyboard for quite a while. So, when I viewed this keyboard on sale at BestBuy, I almost immediately placed my order. Though I've only been using it for a little over one month, I've really been enjoying it. The keys all work very well; the RGB lighting is very entertaining. I downloaded a bunch of profiles after learning about them from the Corsair website, and it amazes me how many possible themes can be created using the CUE software. The keyboard is weighted internally to help prevent unintentional movement of the keyboard while typing or while gaming. I think it is a great product, and BestBuy gave me a good deal on it.

Excellent tactile feel, yet extremely quiet - bright lighting and a large array of lighting combinations. Not sure if it's the software or the way that I've configured it (likely), but it loses the saved profile on every reboot and I have to set it back to the selected profile. Other than that - it even matches the lighting scheme to the Corsair Headphones - great KB.

Purchased for my Grandson. Nice backlighting options. Grandson says it helped him up his gaming scores. Price was a bit high for gaming keyboard. It was also plugged in wrong in the merchandise rack so the price startled me when I went to check out. No associates in the area taking care of merchandise so a customer probably put back in the wrong place.

Exactly what I wanted. RGB lighting that is custom, mechanical cherry red MX switches AND its super quiet compared to a traditional cherry MX mechanical keyboard. Gets plenty of use daily and atill going strong!

The Strafe RGB is a fantastic keyboard with RGB lighting that not only looks great, but also is functional , Ergonomics wise, the Strafe is superb, with comfortable keys and the soft touch makes it easy to type

The Strafe RGB MX Silent is an excellent purchase. I considered purchasing some of the cheaper mechanical keyboards online, but I don't regret getting this one. It oozes Corsair quality and it lights up so beautifully. I paired it with a Corsair Glaive and the two really change the feel of your desk area. Pros: Great palm rest Infinitely customizable color effects Has easily replaceable keys and special gaming keys: ASDW Doesn't have cheesy extra buttons that hardly get used. Brightness is controllable Silent so it doesn't wake up the whole family at night The extra USB slot behind the keyboard is a super plus for USB sticks Can raise the keyboard for a slight angle for easier typing Plastic/Materials are topnotch quality Cons: Takes some time to get used to keys that light up in front of you Some people might say this doesn't feel like a mechanical keyboard Initially had a problem of detecting consistently on boot. (Fix for me was to disable the NUMLOCK on boot option in bios. Now it detects perfectly.) Might not be a con because it provides stability, but quite heavy. Could have used separate media/volume keys above the F-keys. This one requires the FN key to be pressed to operate those.

I've been using the keyboard for about a month now and I couldn't be more impressed. The switches have a great feel and are supringly quiet for a mechanical switch. The rgb's have a very crisp color and the ui to change the profiles is very user friendly. The build quality is very solid and I couldn't be happier with this keyboard!

I recently joined the master race and I went in all of the way. RGB lighting all the way. This keyboard is a great edition to my setup. The app (that you must download in order to get all of the lighting features) is very easy to use and has multiple different preset lighting configurations. There are also third party apps that you can download that will allow your keyboard to pulse to the beat of your music. That ALWAYS turns eyes when I have friends over. Now for my one complaint. Some of the colors aren't very vivid. I usually tend to keep my computer in a pink color, and it's very hard for the keyboard to match the deep shade of pink that my case is. Other than that, awesome keyboard for your awesome setup!

The Corsair Strafe with RGB Cherry MX Silent Switched is simply amazing. I previously used the Razer Black Widow Chroma and I can say for sure there is no better switches than Cherry MX. Pros: Cherry MX Silent Switches Quiet, fast response, comfortable, excellent RGB lighting. Far better interface software than Razer products. Cons: No braided cord??? For how much this keyboard costs it should without a doubt come with a premium braided cord not a rubberized cord. Lame on Corsair's part for saving money on something so inexpensive to simply include. My opinion, if you type alot, or play games and want a keyboard that's more than just your average keyboard give this one a try. It's awesome even without a braided cord.

Super awesome keyboard. Color variations are super easily changeable and the look amazing, and the silent keys really makes my wife happy when I'm gaming in the room she's trying to sleep in. I recommend, 100%

The options for changing color are limitless! Also, very quiet keyboard.
