bought 2 of these and it works great on my new Alienware M18 AMD R1. for those who have a compatibility issues or BIOS not booting after installing. just reset your CMOS. it was not compatible for me at my first installation, and after searching online, i read about resetting CMOS. this is due to the 2 ram are not automatically in-sync because they are not a kit. after i reset my CMOS. on boot, it only says RAM was changed. and it booted normally

More rams always good to have wish I was able to get a 2 pack but it’s better then 8 GB

Great upgrade for new laptop. Took it from 16 to 48GB and the speed jump was very noticeable.
