The Cosori aerogrill has been quite the impressive addition to my kitchen. It has resulted in some of the crispiest and juiciest meats I've cooked to date. It's quickly become my favorite for cooking air grilled veggies, air grilled chicken thighs, shrimp, lamb, and the list is continuing to grow as I try new dishes. Getting started is incredibly easy. Cosori includes everything you need which includes a grill grate, a basket, and a base pan (which is what the grill grate or the basket goes on top of and catches a lot of the oil and fat when air grilling), an accurate instant thermometer, a grill grate scrubber, a splatter guard, and a set of stainless steel grilling skewers. Everything was packaged very securely and neatly making unpacking it a pleasure. I did some light reading on the grill before receiving it and I had read that the vesync app was a must so downloading it was one of the first things I did. Although you don't need the app to cook delicious foods, I highly recommend it. Not a lot of companies that have a companion app continue to pour their heart and soul into the continued development of their app. Cosori does and it shows. I use the app to try new recipes, get guidance on what cooking modes to use (i.e. this grill has roast, broil, crisp, air grill, bake, dehydrate, pre heat and keep warm), and to get a reminder on my phone on when it's time to "shake" or flip my food or when my meals are done. In terms of cooking performance, I love this little indoor grill. This thing can get up to 510 degrees Fahrenheit! I have cooked some of crispiest yet juiciest chicken thighs to date. The skin was so crispy that it reminded me of eating chicharrones! I will caution that to get your preferred doneness, it will take a bit of trial and error but it's worth the results. At first I followed a chicken thigh recipe recommended on the VeSync app, and while the thighs still came out delicious, the skin got a tad too charred for my liking. On the next go around I adjusted the cooking time be reducing it from 17 minutes to 14 minutes and it came out perfect. I absolutely love cooking vegetables on this thing mainly because of how quick and easy it is and I get similar results to cooking on my outdoor grill. The unit is also very quiet and barely produces any smoke. A few last key pointers; this griller is built like a tank. It features an all metal and high quality plastic construction and just feels high quality. It houses a very easy to read LED display and an organized button layout. Cleaning it is also super simple. Simply take out the splatter guard, base pan, and griller grate/basket and wash it with a sponge and liquid soap. I can't really find many faults with this indoor grill. If I had a wish list, I would make the grilling surface slightly larger simply because I like cooking in bulk sometimes (the surface area can hold about four 5-6 oz chicken thighs comfortably) and maybe have Cosori throw in some metal hooks of some sort that could be used to pull out the grill grate by the handles immediately after cooking. There's been a couple times when I've finished cooking that I would have loved the option of pulling out the grill grate so I could just dump my veggies on a plate instead of scooping them up with a large spoon or spatula. However, I'm sure I can search for such an accessory online so not a biggie. The included instant thermometer is surprisingly pretty accurate. I compared it to my $100+ thermapen which is factory regulated to extremely stringent specs and the included thermometer was only off by 2 or 3 degrees every time; not bad! Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this Cosori indoor grill. It was the star of the show this Thanksgiving for cooking delicious foods and meats quickly to pair with some of our entrees. I can't wait to try some of the other recipes on the Vesync app like dehydrating my own beef jerky or some of their dessert reciples like the apple blackberry crisp! Within only a short period of time using this grill, I can already tell I will get several years of use out of it. For those looking for one of the best indoor grills on the market that doesn't require too much space, I couldn't recommend this enough!

----- SUMMARY ----- Verdict: The Cosori Aeroblaze Indoor Grill is now my go-to appliance for home-cooked meals. Having eight cooking functions packed into one compact and easy-to-use machine adds convenience and versatility to my cooking experience. It’s awesome being able to cook just about anything with ease, and the cleanup is hassle-free. In the crowded small kitchen appliances market, the Cosori Aeroblaze should be at the top of your list. Pros: - Compact design for all it can do - Simple setup process - Mobile app with notifications and recipes - Voice control compatible (Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant) - Easy to clean after cooking Cons: - None that I can think of ----- DETAILS ----- Setup: I appreciated the simple setup process of the Cosori Aeroblaze Indoor Grill. The only steps were to remove the packaging and temporary stickers, place it on a surface (one that’s level, heat-resistant, and away from walls/cupboards), wash the basket, cooking pot, and grill grate (in the dishwasher or by hand), then wipe the inside and outside of the machine with a moist cloth, as well as the outside surface of the smoke filter. I opted to hand wash the basket, cooking pot, and grill grate, so altogether the unboxing and setup took me about 10 minutes. Downloading the VeSync app for remotely monitoring and controlling the machine, as well as the ability to connect to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for hands-free control was quick and simple as well. It took me about five minutes to download and link my Cosori Aeroblaze. More on the app later. Design & Operation: Especially for a machine with eight cooking functions, I’m impressed by how compact the Cosori Aeroblaze is. At around 14 inches wide, 16 inches long, and 10 inches high, it doesn’t take up much countertop space. It does have a larger footprint than most air fryers, but you get more functionality than a standard air fryer. I was happy to go from owning both an indoor grill and an air fryer to one machine that does it all. With its mostly stainless steel exterior, my first impression was that it’s a well-made, durable machine. The easy-to-clean ceramic-coated accessories are nice as well. When powered on, the display illuminates and shows temperature, time, and other useful indicators like cooking status, Celsius/Fahrenheit, shake reminder, and Wi-Fi. I like that it’s a modern-looking display that’s easy to read at a glance. Wrapping up my thoughts on the design and operation, the clearly labeled buttons make controlling the Cosori Aeroblaze intuitive. It’s a smartly designed machine that looks great and is easy to operate and clean. Features & Performance: The first word that comes to mind when I think of the Cosori Aeroblaze is versatility. Its eight cooking functions (crisp, broil, air grill, roast, bake, dehydrate, preheat and keep warm) make it possible to cook appetizers, desserts, and anything between. The list of recipes you can cook is seemingly endless. What I’ve enjoyed so far is grilled salmon, cheeseburgers, and crispy diced potatoes. I’m impressed that every recipe I’ve tried has turned out evenly cooked and delicious. I’m excited to try more. One of the additional features that I’ve grown to love is the virtually smoke-free cooking experience. I’ll admit, I doubted that it would be able to contain the smoke that usually results from cooking burgers, but it did so with ease. The smoke filter is pre-installed and easy to replace. Other features I like are the VeSync app for remotely monitoring and controlling the machine, as well as the ability to connect to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for hands-free control. The app also has numerous recipes that are easy to follow, and it can automatically set the machine to the appropriate settings at the push of a button. Based on the settings, it will preheat to the correct temperature, notify you when it's ready for the food, and remind you to shake/flip the food halfway through (if applicable). Care & Maintenance: There’s a lot to like about the Cosori Aeroblaze, and easy cleaning is one of those things. Thanks to the ceramic coating, cleaning up after cooking is not a hassle. Anything left on the basket, cooking pot, or grill grate washes off easily with soap, water, and a sponge. Just make sure to use a non-abrasive sponge to preserve the ceramic coating. They’re also dishwasher safe, along with the splatter guard. For the inside and outside of the machine, wiping with a soft, damp cloth is ideal. ----- WHAT’S IN THE BOX ----- 1 x Aeroblaze Indoor Grill 1 x Smoke Filter (Pre-Installed) 1 x Cooking Pot 1 x Grill Grate 1 x Basket 1 x Cleaning Brush 1 x Tongs 1 x Etekcity Meat Thermometer 6 x Metal Skewers 1 x Recipe Book 1 x Quick Reference Guide 1 x User Manual

    Talking to my Kitchen Appliance

Preheats quickly. No fuss. Easy cleanup. Using the assistant (Google/Alexa) to control the grill is pretty awesome, although I’m not sure if I’ll ever remember to use it. But nonetheless, it’s a neat feature to control a kitchen appliance via voice. It was responsive and changed and adjusted easily with no hiccups. The app also has recipes that you can use and it will adjust the grill according the the recipe you choose. Since we own an air frier with multiple options already, I wanted to use this strictly as an indoor grill, especially during the colder months or for a quick meal with a grill like taste and appearance without the added time. It cooked the meat wonderfully and kept it juicy and tender. The meat did have a slight smoky flavor of the grill. The unit is sturdy and a bit heavy and it does take up some counter real estate but it’s compact enough to move around. I do however feel that it is a small space internally for cooking, but you can’t expect a full-size grill. It was smokeless, didn’t have the smoky grill smell indoors which is a huge plus. It heats and preheats very quickly. Just be careful lifting the lid (as warned in instructions). The heat and rising moisture will singe you. The shake feature seems interesting until you realize it’s just there to remind you to flip food, so I see it as unnecessary and could’ve been used for another option of cooking or a more intuitive feature. The grill parts are very easy to clean, just drop in dishwasher or hand wash and the food comes right off. All in all I enjoyed cooking with it and can’t wait to grill more foods.

INITIAL IMPRESSIONS AND UNBOXING I am in no way a cook, not even by the loosest definition of the word. After working 50+ hours each week, I don’t have the time or quite frankly the interest to put into cooking. My only real specialty is spaghetti, the easiest of all meals, but I have the uncanny ability to ruin anything. Even the easiest of foods (take frozen pizza for instance) I have no trouble ruining to point its inedible. So, the Cosori indoor grill sparked my interest. An all-in-one solution that can cook up to 8 different ways? I had to give it a try. But, Cosori had their work cut out for them to be able to improve my ineptness at cooking. USE The box includes the indoor grill, a bottom pan that catches grease and drippings, a multipurpose air fryer tray, cleaning brush, tongs, a meat thermometer, and recipe book. After unboxing and removing all the tape and packing materials, Cosori asks you to put the indoor grill through a heat cycle at maximum temp to burn off any residues. No problem, between preheat (preheating takes approximately 8 minutes) and actual cooking, it took about 20 minutes, and the device and grill grate were ready for use. Cosori includes a handy QR Code in the instruction manual, linking to their VeSync app. The app downloaded and installed with no issues on my Android smartphone. The app is well designed and walked me through account creation, machine set-up (yes, it is Wi-Fi enabled) and a mandatory firmware update with zero fuss. Job well done Cosori. The VeSync app is one of the most pleasurable experiences with the whole cooking process. It not only allows you to control and monitor your indoor grill, but most importantly, it gives you access to the Cosori online recipe database. I’ve used it several times and it is definitely geared to the culinarily challenged like myself. Thank you Cosori. Recipes, directions, and machine control are easy to understand and follow. I especially appreciate the notifications generated by the VeSync app alerting me to cooking information, shake notifications, preheating, etc. After trying some basic things in the grill, I decided to give it a shot for family dinner. After thumbing through the various recipes, I decided upon Carne Asada. The family loves Carne Asada. The recipe was simple and concise. Even I could follow it. The app is designed to take a novice from start to finish. I prepared the meat and marinade, prepped it like Cosori directed and at the bottom of each recipe is an AWESOME feature that says “Cook This Meal” Clicking it takes you to the Cosori control menu and has all the cooking parameters pre-selected for the indoor grill based on the recipe selected. It works brilliantly. So, how well does it cook? So far, everything I have prepared has turned out excellently. Directions seem to be spot on. Cooking times are almost perfect. How did my very first meal turn out? Well, my kid who thinks there are only 2 foods in the world; pizza and cheeseburgers, stopped eating, turned around and said: “This steak tastes really good. It tastes like what we get at a restaurant.” What? Mikey likes it? Queue the Life Cereal commercial. NEGATIVES First: I would like Cosori to incorporate some way to monitor cooking in real time. I am a huge fan of Ninja’s approach to the indoor grill. They incorporate a built-in meat thermometer to determine cooking time. You pick the meat and the level of cook desired and the Ninja does the rest. This is a far superior approach to Cosori’s where they include a meat thermometer in the box. This seems like an afterthought and a huge miss on Cosori’s part. Even a window in the unit would be a welcome feature, as once you close the lid, you are leaving it up to the grill to make magic happen. Second: While the Cosori has a built-in carbon smoke filter, don’t think that it traps the smells. I was hoping a carbon infused filter would also eliminate the household smells that come with using the product, but it does not. We could still smell the Asada for hours after cooking. Better fume control is on my wish list. Third: The unit can reach temps up to 510 degrees. This is VERY hot, and the outside of the unit can get super-hot as well. So, you must be careful while using it. Luckily, the lid’s handles remain cool to the touch, but they are not of the best design, and I would like to see more material added to ease in access. You also must be very aware of Cosori’s requirements for clearance around the unit. The smoke filter is in the back of the machine, on the lid. The filter sucks smoke from the machine and exhausts it from the port during use. Anything in the area behind the grill will get hot, so ensure you give yourself plenty of space around the grill. CONCLUSION After many uses, I can say that the Cosori VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill is a good product. It offers up to 8 cooking modes, including: crisp, broil, air grill, roast, bake, dehydrate, preheat, and keep warm (though I don’t consider preheat a cooking mode). The indoor grill is extremely easy to use and cook with, not to mention the recipes we’ve tried so far have been tasty and easy to prepare. The machine is not perfect and I think Cosori really missed some glaring opportunities. To give Cosori the benefit of the doubt, everything I’ve prepared as per their recipes, has turned out great. Food is evenly cooked, very flavorful, and clean-up is a snap. I’m not sure what coating they have on the grill grate and the fryer basket, but nothing has stuck to them yet. I wish my outdoor grills’ grates were as well made and easy to clean. This product is easy to recommend.

We really like using our air fryers and saw there’s a new Cosori Aeroblaze grill out and had to give it a try. Unboxing: The grill arrived in a large very sturdy shipping box and very well protected during shipping “heavier than expected too”. Inside was the grill, grill plate, smoke filter, cooking pot, basket, metal skewers, thermometer, tongs, cleaning brush, recipe book, and instruction manual. The grill itself is larger than our other 6qt air ovens, “not quite as high” but this is a completely different appliance from those. The grill is mostly black metal and matte plastic, very heavily built and sturdy. There isn’t a drawer you remove like on our air oven but the top half swings up and out of the way. We proceeded to clean all the included parts and wanted to do a pre heat burn off “which you will want to do to get rid of any off gassing”, there’s some but not as much as other ovens we’ve had. Using: This grill has a lot of settings and we were trying to figure out what to cook first and decided on some simple egg rolls. Using the crisp setting and setting it to 365F we arranged a layer in the basked and set the timer for 15min. At the 10 minute mark they were already browning “from frozen” and were completely finished at 15 “very crisp”, and perfectly cooked. Next we cut up some potatoes for French fries, washed, drained and went about cooking them. We could have filled the basket but decided to experiment and put in about 1/3. Set the air fryer to med 400F and let her run. Pretty impressive as the fries were browning within 10 minutes after preheat and we accidentally went a little too long and got them very dark. Still tasted good and this oven seems to get a lot hotter than our other air fryers. We had just gotten a package of Nathans beef hotdogs and decided to toss a couple of them in there. Same med 400f heat setting and in about 5 minutes you could smell the roasting away, then checking at the 7 minute mark they had a nice brown crust on them and looked like they came right off the grill outside “excellent”, with the fat dripping off and going to the bottom drip tray. And finally, we had some bottom round roast so decided to cube it up, put it on the skewers along with onion, red and yellow pepper chunks, spritzed with olive oil and seasoning salt. I set the temp to High 500F, let it do the 8min preheat then put the loaded skewers “just enough room for the 6” and let her cook. At the 10 minute mark they were nice and brown, the veggies had nice grill lines and everything was finished. These turned out absolutely perfect and will be cooking these many times. Thoughts: This is really a versatile grill, there’s plenty of room for roasts, Cornish hens “our favorites”, you can grill, bake, fry, even dehydrate. We’ve been using this much more than our air fryers and they have actually been shelved, replaced by the Aeroblaze. Cooking time is very fast, “like our air fryers” but the temperatures you can get up to “over 500F” gives everything that gilled crispness I haven’t found with standard air fryers. We are sure you will love cooking with this grill. The only complaint I have is there’s really no good way to remove the grill plate or trays while hot, you have to use gloves. It would be nice if they had some sort of clip on handle you could use to remove while hot but it’s nowhere a deal breaker. Didn’t even realize that it has an App you can download to keep an eye on everything while cooking, another big plus to the list of things this oven can do, it did require an account to be set up so I passed on using it at the moment, “already have a lot of home automation accounts”, would be nice if they all used on single app. Oh and I forgot, the popcorn shrimp “perfection”!!!.

Tech in the kitchen is something my family didn’t think we needed until we had it. Not long ago I probably would have laughed if you told me that kitchen technology would/could soon be controlled by your phone, but here we are and I for one, am never looking back. We are a health conscious family, so having appliances that not only make life easier, but also healthier, is a welcome addition to our kitchen. The Cosori Air Grill is a versatile and efficient kitchen appliance that ticks all of the boxes. Build quality is extremely nice. This thing looks, feels, and performs like a top of the line kitchen appliance. Add in the fact that you can control it with your devices via the VeSync app and you have a design that is second to none. The VeSync app and added ability to control this grill with your voice via Google, or Alexa, is pretty amazing. Once I opened my VeSync app, it auto-detected the grill and asked me if I wanted to add the Cosori to my available devices. I said yes definitely and within seconds I was connected and updating the firmware on my grill. You heard that right. UPDATING FIRMWARE! On a grill! That is yet another thing that would have had me laughing years ago. A grill that can connect to WiFi and update itself over the air?! Nonsense! But yes it can and here we are. The VeSync app provides everything you need to stay connected to your Cosori grill. You can program and monitor the grill. You can adjust your grill while cooking. You can see how much time is left. You can even read recipes tailored to your grill. This kind of stuff is mind boggling to me, but again, once you set it up (a very easy process) and get the hang of how it all works together so well, you will absolutely love it. I am mostly using the grill function with the (substantially heavy) included grill grate. We make a lot of plant based burgers and they come out absolutely perfect every time. I have also made baskets of fries and tots, as well as fried tofu and veggies and everything comes out really yummy. I have included a pic of the meatballs we made for a spaghetti and meatball dish out of Beyond Burgers. They came out slightly crispy on the outside and juicy perfect on the inside. The next thing we will try will be dehydrating some vegetables. There are eight different modes available with this single appliance. You can grill, dehydrate, crisp, broil, roast, bake, preheat, and keep warm. I have not had the time to try every mode but from what I have tried so far, I am confident that this thing can pull off any of these cooking styles with ease. One thing to remember is that it needs to go through a preheat process before your cooking timer starts. I find that this process usually takes roughly eight minutes, so plan accordingly. Once the preheat is complete, you carefully add your food, then wait. Waiting really isn’t long depending on what you are cooking. I have found that this unit will cook my burgers and fries way quicker and more efficiently than a standard air fryer. Time saved is huge. I have also found that where a normal outdoor grill produces a ton of smoke, this has a built-in removable filter that effectively keeps your kitchen smoke free. Long gone are the days of going outside in the rain or cold weather to try and use a grill. Our family is vegan so I have not tried this with steaks, hamburgers, chicken, fish, etc… That said, there is also a built-in oil/grease collector so you are all good. They have included a really nice looking Etekcity meat thermometer and some metal skewers in the package in case you need those. Arguably the #1 reason we use products like the Cosori Smart Grill, is for health reasons. If you use a normal outdoor grill, chances are you are using fluid on charcoal, or even a straight up gas grill which always made my food taste like… well… gas. With this grill, you can spray a small amount of no calorie olive, avocado, or coconut oil onto the basket, or grill grate, and you have a much tastier and MUCH healthier meal as an end result. Just a few weeks ago I had never heard of Cosori products. Today, I am researching their other products and will be purchasing more as time permits. In the meantime I am very happy trying new recipes and cooking things I never thought possible indoors. You can even get grill marks on your food. I am happy to recommend this grill to all of my friends and family. Now please excuse me while I go make something to eat in my awesome new smart grill!

IMPORTANT SPECS: The cooking pot is 6 qt or 5.7 liters. The Basket is 4 qt or 3.7 liters, the temperature range is between 105 – 510 F, and the time range that you can cook something is 1 min – 12 hours. The device itself is rather hefty at 19.6 lbs. It comes with a cooking pot (that you’re not supposed to put food directly on), a basket, and grill grate. Along with a cleaning brush, tongs, 6 metal skewers, digital meat thermometer, user manual, and recipe book. The Keep Warm function defaults to 140F for 5 minutes. The only way you can adjust it is through the VeSync app. Normally, I’m not a fan of phone apps. But this one takes this device to the next level, so I’ll take it. There is an air intake on the top and bottom of the device along with and air outlet on the back. So, you want to make sure you keep those places clear when cooking. They report leaving 7 inches behind and 8 inches on top. THE APP: The power button has multiple functions. It also serves as the “cancel” button. Along with that you can pair it to the VeSync app or reset it to factory settings. The VeSync app is nice because you can control the grill remotely using it. Along with monitor your progress. You can also select a recipe from them, which automatically sets time and heat. Last, you can save your own custom recipes to make things faster. There is a history (so you can look back at what you did). There is a “doneness” control which helps you achieve “perfect results”. I haven’t tried this yet but sounds cool. It also works with Alexa and Google. WHAT?! These are crazy times. So, a lot of added value here. Worth checking out at the very least. I use it regularly. OTHER FINDINGS: - I like there is a “shake” reminder. That will beep halfway through the cook time to alert you to flip your food (if needed). This time is also separate from the other timer. So, you can keep an eye on it while cooking. Which I like. - You can have it on either Fahrenheit or Celsius. - The grill will turn off automatically if inactive after a set amount of time. - The grill pauses cooking when you open and resumes when you close. Nice touch. - It remembers settings if you don’t unplug it. - You can wash the basket, cooking pot, and grill in a dishwasher if you wish. - A lot of buttons have a secondary function. Usually accessed by holding a button for 3 seconds until it beeps. To reset to default you hold of 8 seconds. Where it will beep at 3 seconds, then again at 8 seconds. - Included recipe booklet is easy to follow. But I wish there were more options. Even the app is a bit more limited than I would like. Specifically, there is no recipe for beef jerky. Cook times are very accurate. Food tastes great despite minimal cooking skill on my part. Reminds me a bit of a fancy microwave. You get the ingredients, you mix them together and put them in the pot, make sure your settings are correct, press start, and you’re done. Very simple. Even simpler with the app. - Cleanup is easy. - The app surprised me a lot and adds a lot of value. - In the end very happy with it and has become a central part in my kitchen.

This is officially my favorite indoor grill. In case you're wondering, I've got 3 at the moment. I love to cook and finding more convenient ways to do so , while getting other things done, is always welcomed. This indoor comes with everything you'll need for a simple, relaxing day/ weekend on the balcony or full day of tailgating with the fans. There's a meat thermometer, tongs, skewers and even a grill brush. You can airfry, broil, roast, dehydrate and so much more. But that's not the cool part. You can do most of this from an app on your phone. Use your voice and have Google Assistant or Alexa to get the job started or just get alerts when it's time to flip your food from pretty much anywhere. Yeah, call the kids and tell them to flip the meat, while you're out at the grocery store. That's so freaking awesome!! It looks great and doesn't take up much space. Yeah, it smokes a little. And that's a drawback when it comes to indoor grilling, but I can forgive that for all of the recipes I can get from the app for free. Always have something new on the menu simply by pulling up the app to get step by step instructions. This thing is the gift to give for the holidays. I can't see anyone getting upset by receiving this. Heck, I have one and will gladly accept another one. Check out that chicken in my photos. It was so delicious! Yes. I recomend this thing.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *****Review***** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First and initial impressions are important right? Unboxing the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill and seeing the device itself initially gave me the impression that this thing is definitely well made. The stainless-steel exterior gives it the “premium” look while the ceramic-coated accessories look and feel amazing; I am hoping the cleaning will be as quick and easy as Cosori states. After removing the unit itself and finding all the additional accessories that come with your unit; I was super ecstatic to give this beauty a go. The accessories you are provided are some tongs, Etekcity meat thermometer, 6 metal skewers and a cleaning brush. Now before you jump into actually using the unit and cooking with it be sure to read through the provided manual/guides and recipe book. You will find some great information that in my opinion is important such as product registration (extension of the included 1 year warranty), VeSync App, washing your ceramic-coated accessories and the “weird” smell on initial startup; along with other great things like recipes to try! So be sure to browse through the manual/guides. Setting up the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill was honestly effortless. It’s simply just plug and play. Now if you want to be more techie; download the VeSync App and connect the VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill to Alexa or Google Assistant. I definitely find it very beneficial to download the VeSync app because you can use voice commands to start/stop the grill, find out if the unit itself is running, pause, ask how many minutes are left, what is the temperature and many other voice commands (the app will tell you what commands you can say). I find it beneficial because let's say you are preparing some chicken to grill and your hands are tied up; simply just use the voice commands to start the grill! There’s also other benefits to downloading the VeSync App such as recipes, starting/stopping the unit, setting the temperature, seeing the time left on your item(s) cooking and other great benefits. Now on to how the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill performs. With the 8 cooking functions: crisp, broil, air grill, roast, bake, dehydrate, preheat and keep warm; you really have the versatility of cooking with just this one kitchen appliance. I will first state that the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill does not disappoint. The first thing I cooked was some chicken breast and I did the air grill option. Although you don’t get the “fire/flame” flavor of grilling; you still get an excellent end result and with grill marks! The chicken came out moist and tender with some “char”. The best part about all of this is that I didn’t need to add ANY oil thanks to the ceramic coated grill grate. I am a health conscious individual and I definitely try to keep my fat intake as low as possible so having the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill cook my meats without any added oil is definitely a huge win for me. Now if you want to air fry something like french fries or chicken nuggets, the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill has you covered as well! My air fried food came out crispy; again with no added oil! Along with what I mentioned I also cooked other meats, seafood and vegetables; everytime without any added oil and the results were amazing. Even for breakfast I tried air-grilling some english muffins and they came out perfect where the top was crispy but soft and warm all at the same time (low for 3 mins). After all the cooking I was really afraid of cleaning up just because of past experiences. I have to say again that the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill did not disappoint with their claim. Thanks to the ceramic coated accessories everything just washed off with some warm soapy water and a little bit of sponge movement. With the removable splash oil guard you can also clean it each time you use the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill so that there’s no build up of anything. Oh and of course the virtually smoke free claim that they claim is also accurate thanks to the pre-installed smoke filter made with activated carbon. The only issue I had was even after running it initially per the instructions the unit still gave off an unpleasant smell which I am sure will dissipate with time. Overall I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill. With the 8 different cooking functions you can replace so many different appliances and just use the Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill. From the claims of easy clean up to virtually smoke free usage; I have to say the claims are facts. If you’re someone that is health conscious and loves to cook without using too much added oil; do yourself a favor and get a Cosori - VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill. You won’t be disappointed! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *****Quick Features & Specs***** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8 Cooking Functions: Choose from Crisp, Broil, Air Grill, Roast, Bake, Dehydrate, Preheat, and Keep Warm for versatile cooking Virtually Smoke-Free: Reduce unwanted smoke and odors with the pre-installed smoke filter made with activated carbon Smart Controls: Download the free VeSync app to remotely monitor meals and to connect to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for voice control High Temperatures: Cook at temperatures as high as 510°F for those delicious crispy textures you love from grilling Easy to Clean: The grill’s stainless-steel exterior and ceramic-coated accessories make cleaning quick and easy --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *****What's in the box***** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aeroblaze Indoor Grill Smoke Filter (Pre-Installed) Cooking Pot Grill Grate Basket Tongs Etekcity Meat Thermometer Metal Skewers x6 Cleaning Brush Recipe Book

Unboxing the Cosori VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill was a bit of a chore. It came in a thick, sturdy box and inside the grill and accessories were packaged/wrapped better than any appliance I can recall. Unwrapping the tape/bag from the power cord almost made me lose my patience. On the other hand, perhaps the overkill on the packaging reflects on the build quality of the appliance, which once unpackaged felt quite solid, offering a premium look and feel. Setting up the Cosori was much easier than unpackaging it. The filter is installed and the basket, grill, and spatter guard need a quick rinse/wipedown. Set it on high on initial start and let it run through it's cycle and then it's ready to go. Additionally, you can download the VeSync App and connect the Cosori to Alexa or Google Assistant. You can use voice commands to check if the unit itself is on and if so ask how many minutes are left, what is the temperature and of course start/stop/pause the grill, among other things. It even comes with links to recipes to extend the little recipe book that comes with the grill. The Cosori VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill offers 8 cooking functions: a preheat mode along with cooking modes consisting of crisp, broil, air grill, roast, bake, dehydrate, preheat and keep warm. The Cosori offers quite a bit of versatility with just this one kitchen appliance. AFter preheating, I cooked a couple of ground beef patties using the air grill option, and they came out perfect. Cleaning up was painless thanks to the ceramic coated grill accessory. Overall I have to say I am so far pleased with the Cosori VeSync Aeroblaze Countertop Indoor Grill. 8 different cooking functions gives you the versatility to replace multiple countertop appliances. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a countertop grill, air fryer, or dehydrator.

The Cosori indoor grill was an impulse selection. The lure for me was the dehydrate function. When it arrived, I unpackaged it and washed the pieces (super easy) and performed the recommended test run. I'm glad it specifically has the test run in the instructions; you get over your initial intimidation of the machine. Test run cures the grill, I'm guessing, and also gets that new grill smell out. It comes with many useful tools, like the cleaning brush/scraper, a meat thermometer, a thorough instruction manual and cookbook. The first thing I tried was dehydrating an apple. I buy larger apples so a whole one didn't quite fit. Now that I've played with it, I could have overlapped a little since they shrink and make room as it dehydrates. The process took a little over 7 hours. I cut my pieces a little thicker on some slices and I was trying to dry those a bit more. The auto program sets it for 6 hours and you can add more time as needed. The grill can be loud. It sounds like a fan. I have an open concept kitchen and living, so you hear everything in the kitchen. It gets annoying when you're also trying to watch TV. I could have moved the grill to another room especially for the dehydrate function because it does not get hot on the outside and it runs for hours on end. It did a nice job on the dehydrating, and I could see how it would be practical for beef jerky probably, but 1 apple is not really worth the trouble. Best to get a Cosori 5 tray dehydrator, which I am now considering. The next thing I tried cooking was a brisket using the "roast" option. It is 8.5 in. x 10 in. inside the grill basket. My brisket cut was probably 2 lb to 2.5 lb. It roasted to perfection about 5.5 hours. It tasted great. This was my first brisket, so I consulted the cooks in my family for help. Dishes like brisket should have been in the cookbook that comes with it. It has some okay suggestions in the cookbook, but none that were enticing for me to try. The cookbook items are not what I typically eat and are somewhat specialty dishes (except the french fries). There is a Facebook group you can join for recipe ideas, but unfortunately for me in this instance, I am not, and never will be, a FB user. The brisket cleanup was a breeze. I just wiped the grease and juices up with a paper towel and then washed with warm soapy water. It was already clean though when it went into the soapy water. My kind of clean up! I initially wanted to roast my brisket at 225 degrees F. The lowest it would go was 250 degrees F. So not a big deal, just adjusted the cooking time to account for a higher temp. I have used the grill for 3 days in a row now. Today I grilled chicken breast filets on the "air grill" low option. It preheated for about 7 minutes and then ran for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F (low air grill preset temp). I checked the meat temp and it wasn't quite at 165 degrees F internal temp, so I went a couple minutes more. I should have used the electric thermometer that came with it, it may have been closer to 165 degrees than I thought. No matter, the chicken tasted amazing. I used zero oil on this chicken. I just marinated it and then cooked it. It was the best grilled chicken I have had, truly. It was juicy inside and lightly crispy outside. I then removed the grill plate and placed the basket inside the grill and used "crisp" function to heat some waffle fries. It preset it for 20 minutes, it was plenty done by 13 minutes. Today's grill use was the first time I saw smoke or steam escaping the grill. Today's food was cooked at 400 degrees F, verses the previous 2 days which were at 250 degree F. That is probably why I didn't see any smoke or steam the other times. There was no odor, I just noted the steam today. Cleanup: I rinsed the grill plate with water just to wet it, and after a couple minutes, it was an easy wipe down with a wet paper towel. The grill gaps fit my index finger perfectly so that was easy to wipe down, no tool required. There are some nice features that come with the programming, such as "keep warm" and "shake." I used preheat on all the cooking I've tried, and the "shake" feature beeps midway through your time to remind you to flip your food. It probably should say "flip" and not "shake," but you get the idea. Overall, the unit is very high quality and has proven useful on a daily basis.

Out of the box it is apparent that this is a quality product. Solidly built, heavy weight and good materials. Very well packaged with everything you will need to use the product to its fullest potential. You get the Cosori VeSync Aeroblaze Indoor Grill with grill plate, 4qt. bake basket and 6qt cooking pot. All of these have a high quality nonstick ceramic surface. You also get a cleaning brush, a digital thermometer, tongs, 6 metal skewers, a splatter guard, quick start guide and cookbook. Setup includes downloading the VeSync app which will connect to the Aeroblaze and download an update. You will then be instructed to run a 10 minute cooking session at high heat. This will assure that the grill is working properly as well as get rid of the initial smell that most ovens have the first time you use them. The app will also ask if you want to add the grill to your Google Home app or Alexa. I have the Google Home app and I have to say the Cosori has done an excellent job with Google Assistant integration. All you really have to do is name the device and indicate which room you have the grill in and the app will do everything else for you. By far the easiest non Google device I have ever added to my Google Home. I can now start and stop the grill, tell it which cooking mode I want, and ask how much time is remaining, from anywhere, simply by asking Google. The app also sends notifications to your phone and smartwatch with the status of the of the grill. This is my first kitchen appliance with wifi and connected to Google Assistant, and I think it is very useful. The app also has a lot of recipes. When you are ready to cook you just click in the app and it will setup the grill with the proper time and temperature. The interior of the grill is large and deep. It has a large useable cooking area yet it has a very small footprint on your kitchen counter. There are 8 cooking settings,( Crisp, Broil, Air Grill, Roast, Bake, Dehydrate, Keep Warm and PreHeat), which make this versatile enough to cook practically anything. So far we have prepared thick home cut fries with just a slight amount of oil brushed on. They came out crispy and delicious. We made breaded chicken parmesan which came out crispy, perfectly cooked, and we grilled steak and hamburgers with sear marks on the outsides yet tender and cooked to the correct doneness. The pre-installed air filter was very effective with no smoke or odor. It has triple fans which very effectively push the hot air down to the food. All of the food cooked in less time than the air fryer/toaster oven and other indoor grill that it replaced. This grill can cook up to 510 degrees and seals the heat in very well. This results in faster cooking times. I did not feel any noticeable heat around the cabinet or countertop. However, all cooking areas and some of the outer surfaces can get hot, so it is recommended to use silicon gloves when putting food in or taking it out. The only negative is that the powerful fans create some noise. We have been so happy with this grill. It is high quality, very well integrated technology, easy to read digital display which is very intuitive to use, great app, and Google Assistant integration. And most importantly it cooks food quickly and efficiently with a variety of cooking modes, and with little to no cooking oils. I highly recommend the Cosori VeSync Aeroblaze Indoor Grill.

Review of Cosori, VeSync Aeroblaze Indoor Grill. The indoor grill comes range of functionalities to ease the process but it is remarkable how it does. At first what comes to impress was its filter that control the smell while grilling and reduced noise while it is being used. The smell that usually would experience compared to regular grill or air fryer is highly reduced due to its filter on the rear side And the noise compared to air fryer as reference, it feels there is silencer that smooth the grill experience. It comes with Splatter Guard, Basket, Grill Grate, Cooking Pot, and Cleaning Brush as component of the grill. It has controls of: -Power On - Start/Pause Button - Shake Button - Time Button -Temp Button -Air Grill Button -Preheat Button -Keep Warm button Cooking Functions - Air Grill (Low, Med, High, Max) -Crisp -Broil -Roast -Bake -Dehydrate The grill has work with the App if is desired, from which can set multiple controls for readiness or to use cooking programs. At high level these functions are as date of the review: - Remote Control for all functions and monitor cooking progress. (Except can’t Start, physically need to push the button on the grill) - Keep Warm -Doness Control - Custom Cooking Program - Voice Control with Google Assistance or Alexa. Now, the process of connecting the grill with App require bluetooth connection, then the grill itself require connection to the WiFi, hence it is recommendable to have on had the WiFI password which is asked to enter in the App. On the note for taste, we did chicken nugget and fries to compare to what we know from Air Fryer, then second test we grilled sausages with vegetables. The taste of chicken nugget, it was noticeably crispy as it would fried, but inside the meat felt bit more dry. The french fry was crispy and it was better than the once from air fryer. The sausage and vegetables were perfect just without that flame flavor, was well cooked as per the cooking program. Except some of them we thought needed more cooking. In this case it was the only moment that felt that wished the grill had function to something like “cook more” as had to start over from the beginning. Then, cleaning the grill (grill grate) was very easy due to how it was made according to my wife. Other grill require to clean multiple times in between to remove grease and pieces stuck in between, but she was impressed how easy to clean. Aside of little details and although need to use different combination of cooking program, as first impression the result of the food itself taste satisfactory. At the end, my wife liked much and kids liked the chicken nugget, fries and sausages with vegetables.

Perfect for cooking for 1 or 2. No need to heat up the whole over or grill, or deal with all of the grease when using the stove top. You do need to clean it to avoid the buildup of dripping, but is far less tedious than an oven, grill or stove top. My sister and daughter have bought one, because I raved so much about it.

I have only had about a week and only grilled with it. 1" and 2" steaks, frozen burger patties, freshly made burger patties and sausage dogs. The App makes this fantastic. go to the app select what you want to cook, and it pulls up all the recommended settings. Make any changes if you wish, I have not had to make any changes to default. and then select cook in the app and it sends all of the setting to the grill. go to grill and hit start. pre-heat is usually 8 minutes, which it displays a countdown timer for. if you cook back-to-back the pre-heat will be shorter the second time. The shake notice to flip your food is halfway through. My apple watch has been about 50/50 if it gets the notification to flip my food. My food has been cooked perfect every time using the default setting from the app. Cleanup has been pretty easy. Everything stores inside when not in use.

Never used an air fryer, but was intriqued by all the recipes that I saw everywhere. Researched numerous brands and decided that the Cosori sounded like what I needed to do the things I wanted to do with an air fryer. Started with steaks. Grilled perfectly per the directions. No smoke, no issues, great taste. I have used it for other foods like pizza, wings, and jalapeno poppers. Great and easy cleanup. Price was fair for all this unit could do. Large enough to cook what I need, yet small enough footprint to not take up too much space on the counter.
