Purchased this Cosori on sale. Was appealing as it has so many options. Air Grill, Broil, Roast etc. We have air fried many things and everything has come out perfect. We love having the app guide us with recipes, temp, preheating, shake time, cooking etc. Looking forward to using other parts, Crisper, Baking etc

Love it. Perfect for small apartments, efficiencies, or as a smaller alternative to a large oven. Filter works well. Made salmon. No complaints about the smell in the house and the salmon was perfectly cooked. I wish the app had more recipes. I do like that I can save my own recipes.

The grill works great and this product came with an excellent recipe booklet. I cook the grilled caprese panini for my Saturday lunch each week. The recipe is very easy to follow and prepare. Clean up is a breeze for me.

I've never heard of this brand but this is a great introduction. I'm impressed by the fact that this thing hasn't set off my smoke alarms, yet. It's been 4 months and all I can say is I really like it. Get it on sale.

This is an awesome small appliance that can practically be used to cook anything. I have not yet used it to cook burgers or any meat that produces excessive grease. I am afraid the air fryer will get ruined. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase

I've used several multi-purpose products like this and I tend to go with the Ninja brand. However, I love this 8-in-1 indoor grill by Cosori. It's so good at several of the purposes, and I'd really wanted the air fryer/crisper and air grill functions (which are fantastic). I highly recommend this to everyone.

Countertop appliances seem to be going through something of a revolution as of late, with highly capable multi-use mini appliances rendering traditional stovetops and ovens almost redundant. The Cosori VeSync Aeroblaze continues this trend offering a solid indoor grille with some limited smart capabilities and some extra bells and whistles for those willing to give up the counter space. One of the first things you'll be likely to notice on taking the unit out of its package is how sturdy everything is. The unit itself is a mix of stainless steel and molded plastic with most of the structural elements opting for metal as well as a few parts you wouldn't usually expect, such as the housing for the smoke filtration. The main pot, grill, and air fry basket are all solid non-stick metal and designed to nest within one another for easy storage. All are advertised as dishwasher safe, and after several trips through I haven't noticed any decrease in their non-stick performance. I did notice that the removable splatter shield designed to protect the heating elements had been slightly damaged when being packed up though, with a small but noticeable bend in the frame on one side. It was easy enough to bend back into shape by hand though, and I haven't noticed any further problems with the fit. As far as using the grill, while it looks somewhat intimidating at first glance I found the overall experience to be very user friendly. A combination of auditory and text alerts will let you know when it's ready for each stage of cooking, and it's remarkably resistant to common and not-so-common mistakes. The first time I tried to use it It ended up blowing the breaker in the GFCI outlet I had it plugged into, which I figured would mean starting over. But when i plugged it back in I was surprised to see that it still remembered the original program. And the food came out perfectly cooked in every setting and configuration I tried, with the charring on chicken and beef being better than any other countertop grills I've tried in the past. The smart functionality is present but, if I'm being honest, a bit underwhelming at this point. As often happens with new smart products the hardware seems fine but the software seems to leave a bit to be desired. There's basic voice control through both Google and Alexa, which is always a plus, as well as the option to have the grill send push notifications in addition to the usual alerts. In theory it's all very good but the implementation definitely seems a little buggy right now, as I noticed several instances of alerts being delayed and in one case missed completely during my time with the unit. You're also not going to find any pre-programmed routines or monitoring to help you keep track of the food. The app does have a few recipes it can offer but for the moment at least the offerings are decidedly sparse with just a handful of suggestions produced by Cosori itself and a couple user-submitted options. I'm hoping this is something that they can improve on with time, however, so this might end up being an issue that only applies to early adopters. Finally, I want to talk about storage. Personally I don't use a grill nearly often enough for this to have a permanent place on my kitchen counter, so if you're like me you're probably expecting this to spend a lot of time in a cupboard. It's definitely not a small device, easily taking up half of the cabinet I put it in, but the fact that all the parts and accessories can be stored inside the unit makes it very manageable. Provided you know what you're getting into I don't anticipate any problems in that regard, though it does annoy me a bit that it lacks convenient grab points to make it easier to drag out of the cupboard when needed. Overall despite a few minor issues with the design and user experience the Aeroblaze is a solid first offering from Cosori. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a decent grill, air dryer, or dehydrator.

Based on the way the grill cooks with the element above the food, I was skeptical about how it was going to legitimately grill food. With the combination of a fan and good air circulation, it does an impressive job. Since we are not allowed to say brand names, I will say I went to one of the nation's largest grocery stores and purchased a pack of fresh, choice ribeye steaks. Using the extremely easy-to-use app, I told the grill I wanted to cook a steak to medium. The app instantly programmed the grill, and all I had to do was hit "start" (really play/pause) on the grill. The grill preheats, sends a notification to my phone, and beeps when it is ready to cook, then does the same thing halfway through to flip the food. At the end, it does the same thing, plus it automatically shuts off. When flipping the food, it turns off the fan and heating element so I do not get blasted with hot air. As soon as the lid closes, it resumes right where it left off. The steak came out slightly more done than I wanted, but it was also thinner than the option I selected. Thankfully, the app allows every parameter to be adjusted, so when I cook the next one, I will just reduce the time by a minute or two. If anyone is concerned about the doneness of their food, the grill comes with a waterproof digital thermometer to check the food. Unlike pan-frying or broiling the steak, it is sitting on a hot grill grate, so the grease melts away. While some may want to eat the grease, the more health-conscious can be quite happy about the major reduction in calories and saturated fat. For my next round, I looked through the recipes on the app and saw that it can make some impressive-looking melts using the fry basket instead of the grill grate. Once again, I told the app I wanted to make the item and it instantly programmed the grill. The sandwich came out perfectly browned with no burning. It was the best tuna melt I have had in a while. There are so many possibilities since this unit has multiple functions, including air frying. I love being able to make crispy fried items without cooking them in a bath of oil. It is simple to cook halfway, flip when the machine beeps, and finish. There is no messy cooking or cleanup process like actual deep-frying at home. My mind is happy with the crunchy fried food, but my heart is thankful that I am consuming much less fat. For cleanup, all food surfaces are dishwasher safe. I threw everything in the dishwasher after the steak - grease and all. The surfaces cleaned up with no problem. While I love this grill, it is not perfect. First, the thing takes up a huge amount of space, but it does not have a huge capacity. If cooking for 1-2 people, it is perfect. I would not want to use this to cook burgers for a big group of people. It really is great for grilled food on a weeknight while it is snowing outside. Setup and cleaning are simple. The one huge negative is the initial heat-up to burn off any residues from the factory. It was snowing when I did this, so I did it in my kitchen. The fumes were so overwhelming that I had to open the windows and turn on fans to clear them out. If you cannot do this outside, do it in the garage or somewhere extremely well ventilated - not the kitchen. All appliances with heating elements do this, but this thing takes it to the extreme. After the initial heating, there were no other problems with fumes. Last but not least, it is also really important to note that there is no smoke while cooking. It has a hefty air filter which seems to do a pretty good job. I was a little nervous grilling a steak in my kitchen, but there were no problems. I saw some steam, but never any smoke. At the end of the day, I love it! I have been wanting a good indoor grill, and this does a great job, plus many other functions. I do not have a big family to cook for, and I love that I can easily grill food in my kitchen.
