Very nice. It works well and I love the WiFi feature. It cools a large room too in a decent amount of time. The reason for 4 stars is because a set of the bolt, screw and nut was missing and I contacted Costway and I have to wait a month to receive it.

Good product. I bought it last month. It no sound and very comfortable.

Product is just what I wanted. Only wish the blower was a little more powerful.

Has worked like a charm and covers a decent load. An added benefit would to offer a internal condensation pump to discharge condensate water remotely to a sink or drain

Works very well. Keeps our apartment comfortable even on the hottest days. No problems with it at all. Can't comment on how it heats because I haven't used it for that yet.

Easy to set up. Not hard to operate. Cools pretty nicely. Thought it may be a little better, but also I don’t have the best place to set up per instructions which could be hampering effectiveness. Overall cools the general area it’s in nicely

The panel is very slow and even unresponsive at times. It is noisy and does not cool very well compared to Whynter devices with much less BTUs and square ft cooling power. I just kept it because returning it is such a hustle as well.
