Blanket has slits!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. It is soft and does its job. It warms up well. This morning after only 3 weeks of use, we notice it has slits on the fabric. It is obviously not worth the price. It is obviously not durable. Must be manufacturing error. Such a shame.

Defective blanket, company won't honor warranty.

Stopped working after a month. I contacted the company for warranty service, they sent me a new controller but it was also defective.
When I told Costway that the replacement they sent me was also defective, they refused to support the warranty further even though I have over 2 weeks left. I've never had a company try to wiggle out of its own 90 day (already weirdly short) warranty before! Absolutely crazy.
