Excellent quality and recline/foot stool is great. Took about 15-20 minutes to assemble. Very heavy.

I wish that u could give it a zero star rating based on the customer service experience alone. The chair never arrived and the shipper wouldn’t reship because they were afraid the next one would also get lost/ damaged in transit by Amazon shipping. Needless to say I would not attempt to purchase from this company again.
