The back of the chair and box it was delivered in was damaged. I would recommend this product, if it wasn’t scratched and damaged.

One of the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in lacks lumber support. Being 6’1”, I am compelled to slouch as the seat is excessively long.

Nice chair but massager stopped working after 5 seconds.
